This was the most pleasant car purchasing experience my husband and I had ever encountered. Lynn was very pleasant and so easy to work with. Jonathan kept us entertained with his charming personality while we went through paperwork process. And I absolutely love the vehicle! It was a very enjoyable day and I would highly recommend this dealership to others.

Lynn was very knowledgeble about the features of the volvos and therefore was helpful in narrowing our selection. She explained the technology incorporated in the XC70 and assisted in activating some of its features at our request.Lyn was gracious and hospitable.

Jerry was also very helpful.Our experience with Paul Moak Volvo has always been pleasant.

We knew we wanted a Volvo C70. Our salesperson, Lynn Hancock, stayed in touch with us over the course of many months, telling us when she had new vehicles in stock. When she telephoned this last time, she said she had 3 for us to look at. The time was right for us, so we visited the lot, chose the car, and made the deal in a matter of a few days. Everyone was most courteous, and we are very happy with our vehicle.

Our recent purchase was the third new vehicle from this dealership, our second from the same sales associate and general manager...Lynn Hancock and Jerry Warfield both of whom are great individuals to deal with. The overall purchasing experience was no hassel with both doing whatever was necessary to secure the vehicle we wanted even during the Christmas-New Years holiday time. All of our Volvo's have been serviced at Paul Moak and our dealings with Val and Rick have been equally as good, I have never met any of the mechanics but from our 15 years of work performed at Paul Moak, I can only recall one time that a repair had to be returned and it was immediately taken care of.

Paul Moak Volvo has never let me down. Lynn Hancock is professional, courteous and always pleasant and helpful. She never seems rushed and has the gift of making each customer feel like her most important one. Her patience is extraordinary.She is an exemplary employee and Paul Moak Volvo is very fortunate to have her! Jerry Warfield is always helpful and accomodating. Though I was buyin a new car, I know from my past experience with Volvo cars that the service department at Paul Moak is top notch too!
