From the minute I contacted them, the service was great. Maggie Carrigan went above and beyond to send me photos. videos and information on the car. Every thing she pointed out was accurate and they even touched up some blemishes. All the paperwork was done by Josh Zickafoose via overnight mail before picked up the car and made it easy. The dealership picked me up at the airport and took my right to the car, the service was great. I would buy another car from them again and the road trip back to New Mexico made it even better. Lake Norman Chrysler eliminated my fear of purchasing a vehicle over the internet, I would recommend them to anyone. More

We decided on making the hour and a half drive to Lake Norman Chrysler. Not only the best selection but we worked with Maggie who was AWESOME! Patient, knowledgeable, funny and kind. Well, let me be the first to tell you that this didn’t happen at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Our Sales agent Maggie was on top of the entire buying process from start to finish. She was able to locate and secure the exact vehicle we wanted at the price we were willing to pay and the payment we requested. She knew we were coming 4 hours away, so had everything prepared and ready to sign for our dream Jeep! Nate was great with getting the payment exactly where we requested it!
