I recently bought my first Volvo from Marc at Park Place, and he was delightful to work with. I will absolutely go back to him next time I am in need of a new car, but I love my C70 so much that it will be a while before I am ready to part with her.

My Review Of Park Place Volvo Dallas:

This is my 2nd buy in 2 years. Mark Young is a Saint because I am very difficult at times.
Park Plaza Volvo is the best in the State of Texas.

Sales Service was surperb. I love my new XC60-2013. This team is great.
Malcolm Gage is amazing-he took care of the of getting my price.

My Review Of Park Place Volvo Dallas:

I was in the market for a new car and had narrowed my choices down to the Volvo S60 and the Acura TL. I met with Brent Larmer and was immediately put at ease. He was so personable and fun and found the white S60 I was looking for right away. I had an appointment to get to and could only spend an hour and a half at the dealership, so we got right to it. The test drive was great, due as much to Brent's awesome attitude as to the car itself. It didn't hurt that Brent encouraged the "aggressive" driving that my friends all fear! Once we were back at the dealership, Rob Schweizer worked on appraising my car and could not have been more helpful. He offered to let me take the S60 to my appointment, but I let Rob and Brent know that while I was out, I also planned to test drive the Acura. They both said that I would be back! The TL didn't compare to the S60. While the service I received at the Acura dealership was fine, it didn't hold a candle to how nice, caring, and respectful Brent and Rob were at Park Place. Both had called while I was out to discuss financing options and after my stop at Acura, I called to let Brent know I was coming back to see him to make my purchase. When I got back to Park Place, the red carpet was literally rolled out for me. Or for the event they were having that evening. But, I was treated like royalty just the same. Brent, Rob, and Malcolm Gage did everything they could to make purchasing my new car as painless as possible. I can honestly say it was a great experience! Brent was so excited for me and took me right outside to show me everything my new car can do. I returned to the dealership the next day to drop off the title to my old car and pick up the tolltag I'd left behind. Again, Brent was excited to see me and said how happy he was for me. Rob went personally to get my tolltag and apologized for any waiting I had done the day before (none!). I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Park Place Volvo and have recommended Brent and Rob to all my friends and family. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my next car!!

I highly recommend this dealer and the staff. I dealt directly with Roy Harp and Malcolm. Everyone I talked with was very professional and appreciative of my business. The transaction was seamless and quick. Park Place's reception was much warmer than I received at other dealerships along the Lemmon Ave. corridor. Park Place has earned a customer for life.

My Review Of Park Place Volvo Dallas:

I recently purchased a new XC60 at Park Place Volvo. My experience could not have been better! I had researched inventory availability online and called in the morning to make an afternoon appointment with a sales consultant. I feel so fortunate that I was transferred to Roy Harp, who was friendly, sincere, and extremely knowledgeable about the XC60. Roy took the time to listen to my questions and provide honest answers. Once I made the decision to purchase, I met with Malcom Gage in financing. Malcom was professional and also took the time to listen to my questions and provide honest answers. At no time did I ever feel like I was being pushed to make a decision I wasn't completely comfortable with. Overall, I am extremely pleased with everyone I came in contact with at Park Place Volvo. This is the second vehicle I've purchased there and would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. I appreciate the excellent customer service I've received!

My Review Of Park Place Volvo Dallas:

My dealership experience could not have been better. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The car that I wanted was ready, looked fantastic, and exactly as described. Roy explained all the components of the car is great detail. Malcolm guided me through the F&I experience directing me to the extended warranty items that best suited my driving needs. Rob was spectacular, making sure I was taken care of extremely well throughout the entire process.

I love my new car and I only wish all major purchases could be so easy.

My Review Of Park Place Volvo Dallas:

I worked with Mariette Picca (sales associate) and the total experience could not have gone more smoothly or been more pleasant. I went in looking at the XC60 and initially test drove a new one. When I mentioned to Mariette that I would also be interested in a late model, low mileage version. She showed me a couple of options that met my criteria and we went for another test drive in a 2010 T6 AWD. I let Mariette know was still looking at a couple of other options (BMW X3 and Audi Q5), and would be test driving them over the next couple of days. Mariette followed up with me after the test drives to see if I was still interested in the XC60, and let me know they had another XC60 that I might want to look at. It was the vehicle the store manager was driving and it was being offered for sale. I advised that I was interested, and arranged to test drive it. She was correct, it fit my needs perfectly. I came by the next day and made an offer on the car. I threw Mariette a curveball when I made the offer because I decided that I wanted to trade in my current vehicle, which up until that point had not been part of the discussion. Mariette did not skip a beat and within 30 minutes we were able to come to an agreement on the sales price of the XC60 and trade value on my Subaru. I arranged to pick the car up the next evening and when my wife and I arrived Malcolm (financial manager) had all the paperwork completed and ready to go. It took us about 15 minutes to sign all the paperwork, drop off my old car and drive away with my new XC60. Mariette had the new car detailed and ready to go. Overall this was about the best car purchase experience I have had and I would definetly recommend Park Place Volvo and Mariette Picca if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

PS-The XC60 compared very favorably to both the BMW X3 and Audi Q5, and in my opinion is a much better value. If you are in the market for a sporty SUV in this class, you will be making a mistake if you do not test drive the XC60. Like me, you will be very pleasantly surprised!
