Manjula expertly navigated us through the BMW purchasing experience. She made sure the vehicle we wanted to see was on the lot for us and ready to be test driven upon arrival. During the test drive Manjula covered important aspects of the vehicle in real time and warmly navigated all of our inquiries. Once we decided to make an offer the process was smooth and non confrontational ending with us settling on mutually agreeable terms.
