Manuel Arzeno at Plaza Hyundai

A salesman, a comedian and a gentleman... that is Frank Mosca. Buying a car could be a very stressful experience, but working with Frank today at Plaza Hyundai changed my opinion of car salesmen. He was friendly, funny, personable and worked with us the entire day until we were happy. He made our experience of buying a car very pleasurable. I would highly recommend Plaza Hyundai to everyone and would make sure they dealt with Frank. Frank was the reason I drove out with a new car today.

Great overall experience. I was able to walk in ask a million questions and have them all answered in a calm and professional manner. I ended up driving away in a new vehicle a very happy costumer.

What a wonderful team of workers! Never had such a great experience with car dealers in the past. These guys give everyone else a bad name. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgable, curteous and caring. Allen was fabulous and introduced me to everyone I would need in the future for oil changes and any items for my new car I may want or need. He stood by my side through the whole process and got me into a car I could afford and love in the one day time period I had to do it in. This allowed my life to go on making the loss of my old car much less painful. Raj stepped in at the end due to an emergency and took over as if he was with me through the whole process too, even though he had not been up until the very end of the process. He took on the responisibility without hestitation and had a lovely personality as well. He helped me to clear my old car and get all I needed out of it and into my new car making it all run smoothly. My process was not an easy one since I actually have an odd circumstance and was buying from out of state without out of state insurance and such. They rolled with the punches and made it all work! Awesome! I look forward to my future with this new cars and in the future as well. Manny the financial officer was quick and very informative. He took great care of me and made everything clear and understandable. Each of these workers really cared about your experience there. A+ from this professor for this company and the cohesive team they have! Kudos to you guys :)

I went in for Service for my Tucson and came out with a brand new Accent - Thanks to the patient, kind, funny, honest Mr.Frank Mosca. I have been looking to downsize both in vehicle and finance and Frank Mosca made that happen. I am so grateful for the wonderful Service delivered @ Plaza Hyundai. Thank you also Manny in Finance and Marcello the Sales Manager. I will never go to another Hyundai dealer other than Plaza and will recommend Frank Mosca to anyone I hear that is looking for a Hyundai. You are the Best!! Thank YOu.

Five stars! Anthony Boucaud is an amazing and dedicated salesperson. He made me feel quite relaxed and comfortable around my choice of car. As a first time car buyer I was very nervous about purchasing and not being "taken for a ride" myself. He explained everything I needed to know about buying a Sonata. Just got home with my wife and son after leasing our new Sonata. We are very pleased with the hospitality that they showed us at Plaza. The previous lease that we returned was also a Hyundai. We tried going to the first dealership that we originally went to, which was Nemet, to the same salesman to see if they could've done something for us. That was not the case. So we waited another month before returning the lease, and to go to another dealer that was not Nemet. So just today we decided to call Plaza and make an appointment to go in, in an one hour's time. That was granted, thanks to Ryan. We got in and dealt with Mr. Mosca, whom we can't say enough great things about. We would like to thank him for being very straight forward and giving us, what we think is a great deal. He was honest, funny, and very considerate with us having our 3 year old son with us. He made us feel very comfortable, by letting us know the entire process and deal that we were getting into. He made a 7 hour wait seem like a breeze, considering the time and dealing with a impatient 3 year old. He was GREAT, and we would definitely recommend Frank Mosca to anyone of my friends and or family members who may be looking to purchase or lease a car. Also, thanks to Manuel and Anthony for being so informative with the last bit of details we received before leaving the dealership.

My family has purchased cars from Plaza Auto Mall in the past, so I had no reservations about returning to purchase again. This is a first purchase of a Hyundai. I dealt with Anthony Schmidt earlier in the month when I stopped in to look at the 2013 Sonata, take a test drive, and get information. Anthony was very helpful and accomodating, and I came away with a very positive feeling about purchasing a new car from him by Labor Day. I returned today and am already so pleased I opted to get off the fence and make my purchase! Manuel Arzeno was also extremely knowledgeable and patient when it came to explaining the details about financing and weighing the pros and cons of different coverage plans.

Am very pleased with the professionalism of both men and will certainly recommend both them as well as the dealership to my friends who are considering a new car. Thank you, guys!
