Marc Shuman at Van Horn Dodge Jeep Chrysler

We were visiting from out of state when we noticed our headlights blinking, on our Jeep Commander, at various intervals....and the car was off and the light switch was in the off position. It was a Saturday around 11am when I called Van Horn in Plymouth. Marc Schuman answered our call and squeezed us in the same day...even though they already had a full schedule in their service department.

Marc was very professional, handling our expectation levels versus what they as a service department could offer....all while being a very friendly guy. When I called Marc at 3 pm he said that he though the service techs had remedied the situation, but asked if we could give them a little bit more time to observe the vehicle to ensure the issue was corrected. Van Horn is lucky to have Marc representing them.

We picked up the Commander at 4:40pm and were able to be on the road again back home Sunday morning. I was overly impressed with the professionalism and customer service of the Van Horn dealership. If I lived closer I would be buying my Jeep products from Van Horn.....I am currently on Jeep #6. (Sure wish they still made the Commander).

I like your dealership very much I will always come back even to buy a new car when needed. Thank you.....You do very good work people are very friendly and ready to help as soon as you get into the door. We have tried many other places but they just don't compare to your place.

Employees are always friendly every time I go in . I have been taking my vehicles there for at least 10 years and will let no one else work on them.

I really enjoy working with Marc in setting up my appointments. He is very friendly, and tries to get you in for service as soon as possible. Everything is taken care of in a very timely matter. I am well pleased with the service department and the work that they do on my vehicle.

oil change and checked under the car found some things that needed attention. Great place to go. I would have you do my work on my car any day but I am short of cash these days.

I had a remote start installed on 3/2/12 and some detailing and adjustments donr to my 2010 Town & Country I purchased 2 weeks ago from Van Horn. The service and detailing is good and fast One of the best dealerships I ever went to. I just wish it was lccated closer to sussex that I could had my vechicle servise here all the time. And I was very happy with the price and time installing the remote start!

Pete started the process with our last visit talking about tires, and options for replacing them. When I scheduled, Pete himself talked me through everything that was needed at the next visit. When we arrived on the date of service, Marc took the time to talk through everything with me to make sure I understood. Additionally, since I had my daughter and husband with me, we waited for the service. The new waiting room is WONDERFUL! Very comfortable, and Molly loved the popcorn. Marc kept us posted on the progress, and when they diagnosed the park assist warning and found that a sensor had gone bad, he even went through and found out that I had warranty which reduced the part cost. He explained that they had to order the part, and they got us on our way with the rest of the services done. We got the call on Monday that the part was in, and scheduled for Thursday. Marc met me at the service desk, and I waited while they installed the sensor, and finished balancing wheels. Very quick considering the work to be done. Marc explained the whole invoice, including the warranty part for the sensor, and I was on my way.
As always, excellent service and follow-up.
