My Review of Heyward Allen Toyota Scion:
My salesman Marcus Craft was upbeat and interested in my needs.
He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car I desired and
Seemed willing to help in any way possible to get the deal done and IMHO
Is a real asset to the Toyota family!! Thanks Marcus I love my 2007 Mazda!
I will send my clients and friends there as well.
There was an issue with the cars check engine light and performance the
Very next day and I was really pleased how the service dept. and Marcus
Worked together to solve the issue( water in the spark plug area had to be dried
Out) it had been pressure washed when it was detailed and water got in the compartment
And was affecting the preformance? Anyhow they quickly resolved
The problem and it runs as smooth as silk now. I hope that pressure
Washing used engines is a standard
Proceedure and thAt there was not a fluid leak of any kind.
Thanks for the quick response and getting me back on the road.

Marcus did not pressure me into making a purchase. I went in to see what my options were when it comes to comparing new or used options. He showed me everything he had to offer and let me ask all the questions I wanted. After a couple days of research I decided to go back and go through with a used purchase. After a test drive I knew I was ready to go through with getting a used 2009 Toyota Tacoma. Not only did Marcus help me find the right used vehicle for me, he made me feel like a friend was there helping me, not a stranger.

Marcus was excellent in getting me the car that I wanted. He listened and was able to find a white Prius for me when I was going to settle for another color. He allowed me to walk away and wait until the time was right for me and still found the car I am now so exited and proud to be driving. He called me and told me that he had found a white one. It made all the difference in the world that he listened and followed up on it by himself. He makes me proud that I chose Heyward Allen and its excellent sales staff. The other staff seemed busy and did not always smile or nod, which was supprising because I was so happy. The service department seems to offer everything for comfort and I look forward to visiting at any time.

I visited this dealership about 6 months prior to my actual purchase. I liked the sales person that I dealt with but I was not in a position to buy yet. When I was ready to get my new car I went back to the dealership and asked specifically for Marcus because I had a good experience with him. He didnt try to sell me something I didn't want. He stood back and let me pick the car I wanted without trying to "upsell". I really hate buying cars - so much so that I had a massive headache and I was literally about to throw up. Marcus got me through it with a good price. In fact, some of the other sales staff talked to me a little about my fears. I had an extremely positive experience and I would buy another car from that dealership with no hesitation.

Marcus was on vacation when I called to ask about a used truck for my son. He called me immediately upon his return to get the details, and that very day, a truck that meets our needs was traded in. I drove it and put a deposit on it the same day. Marcus gave me a very fair price, expedied the credit application, and got the pre-qualification we needed. Since my son was finishing basic training, there was a bit of a delay before he could see the truck and make a decision. Jerry agreed to hold the truck for several days, and my son made the purchase the day he got home. Marcus and John stayed very late that evening to process the paperwrk. Teresa then hand carried the tag application to the tag office, so my son could get his tag before reporting to his duty station. The staff went out of their way to help us through every step of the buying prcess. This is the second purchase I have made at Heyward Allen, and it will not be the last. In the age of "no-customer-service" your staff is exceptional.

Mr. Craft was most courteous and knowledgeable. He answered every question we had about the car we were reviewing. We received an excellent offer that was well under sticker price, and he asked if he could help us decide on financing to get the best rate. He also assured us that after the sale he would be available if we had questions. As we toured the dealership, he explained that the service department was ready to take care of our car. It was the easiest purchase I've ever made.
