My Review of Kia Country of Savannah:
I have never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a new car. I first inquired online about a Kia Soul and a Scott Downer followed up immediately. He was wonderful to work with. I then went to the Kia of Savannah dealership to test drive the car, which is where I met Margaret Beard. She was so helpful and I have made a new friend. This car buying experience was painless and I felt like I had friends helping me along the way. Margaret and Scott both worked hard to help me find what I was looking for with a payment that I could handle. I was dreading this experience before I met these two people. I like to deal with people who are straight forward and helpful and I was pleasantly surprised to find that in Scott and Margaret. Thank you so much, Scott and Margaret for making this car buying such a pleasant and fun experience!

Great overall experience, with the exception of promised interest rates that were never possible. It was still the best APR, but was misleading. Remember that the financing manager is the only person able to quote rates and financing options. Sales person was very friendly, helpful and always available when we called. The price was excellent for the wonderful car we bought. Great value, and loving the new car!

Ms Beard was very professional and friendly to talk to. She worked with us on the negotiations, and did a very thorough job of explaining the car's features before we drove off the lot. She made sure we were satisfied with the whole purchase experience. Frank in finance was easy to work with, and didn't pressure us on anything.

I went looking for a new car and Margaret was so helpful to me. She showed me many cars and answered all my questions about them. I pick out a 2011 kia soul and i love it. I actually when and show my sister and she when and brought the exact same car also. Margaret was was honest with me about everything. Thanks Margaret.
