My Review of Heyward Allen Toyota Scion:
I could not have been happier with my experience with my Toyota purchase. What a nice group of people. Everyone was extremely helpful. And I feel like I can stop by and ask Maria or John any time if I have a question about my new car.

suggestion: Print up a list of the Sirius xm radio stations and give to the customer if they get that feature with their car. I know it's a long list, but it would be a nice thing to do. Leave off any pages that are on line only.

This is the second automobile we have purchased from Heyward Allen in the past 16 months. In each instance, we received exceptional service, no hassles and a wonderful buying experience.

Other dealerships should have mystery shoppers go to Heyward Allen to see how automobiles should be sold.

I enjoyed the experience of purchasing a new tacoma from maria fenell. I found her to be completely trustworthy and informative. not pushy in any way. she ordered the exact truck I asked for without any attempt to coerce me into add ons I did not want. The truck arrived when she said it would, exactly as I ordered and at a great price. This lady is a class act that most people aspire to be but never quite make it. I can't imagine a vehicle purchasing experience being more pleasureable. I highly recommend heyward allen toyota to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle.

My Review of Heyward Allen Toyota Scion:
Maria Fennell is very knowledgable about Toyota products. She worked with me to help me find the truck I needed without any pressure to sell. She is good to follow-up in a timely manner. Overall, this was the best experience I have had a buying a vehicle. I will most likley come back to Heyward Allen and Maria for any future automobile needs.

I would also like to add that having William Carson back in the sevice department helped steer me from considering going to other Toyota dealerships or brands. Willam has advise me on Toyota Service since 2004. He does not try to "over sell" items I do not want. He does a great job of addressing the issues I have in a timely manner and he always returns phone calls. Thanks for working to get him back in the service department at Heyward Allen Toyota!
