My Review Of OC Nissan Irvine:
i HATE the car buying experience but both my purchases from OC Nissan were positive experiences. I first leased an Altima from them in '09 and again just yesterday (Feb 2nd, 2012). Both times I walked out happy with my purchase and the staff were more than great to work with.
I want to single out stunning Sydney Woolley (and the rest of the staff), who helped me back in '09 with leasing my first Altima 2.5 S and helped me keep it in top running condition and looking shiny and new up to the day I traded it in for a '12 Altima 2.5 S with the 20th Anniversary package.
With my latest lease the entire staff, from the beautiful Marie Goodrow, who first contacted me to say they'd give me a great deal on my trade-in (and they did), to the easy going Sales Manager Perry Koster, who throughout the sale made sure I was made to feel at ease and happy with my purchase, to the most helpful Herbert Gamboa who walked with me through the lot to find the car I wanted and was deferential to my needs, to chatting with the General Manager, Sam Klein, about our experiences with knee surgery while waiting to finish up the paperwork, to master of paperwork, Robert Pinarija, who made the chore of dealing with forms pleasurable.
I want to thank the service staff who over the years gave me fast service, found a problem with my battery that I didn't even know I had, and replaced it free, and generally did a terrific job every time.
If there were a AAA rating I'd give it to them.
