Mark Anthony was very professional. He was extremely helpful. I wish more car salesmen was like him. He is tremendously wonderful. Mark Anthony went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as a customer.

First time buying a car and anxiety kicks in, just thinking about it. I went to Bay Ridge Honda as my brother had a great experience there buying his 2012 Civic and highly recommended the place. We were met by Mark Anthony and accommodated like we're family. He gave us detailed explanation of rates, able to come up with reasonable pricing and eased up all my apprehensions about buying a car. Overall it was a great experience, my family was very happy with our purchase and we definitely recommend the place and surely come back for our next purchase.

Imagine an inexperienced under aged 25 first time car buyer (who needed to buy a car within 72 hours) with a high anxiety mother, her thrifty friend, and a crazy father (who was opposed to buying a car) walking into a dealership and you have a tough client for any dealer. Moreover, Mark Anthony handled the situation, mine, very well and was patient and honest, while still trying to be professional and make business. I walked into Bay Ridge Honda after visiting a few other dealers and was apprehensive about the whole thing, but Mark Anthony was very much clear cut with everything and was considerate of my needs. All I really needed was an economical car that I could drive off in within the next few days to use for school and work, and Mark Anthony found the right car for me and didn't try to pressure a higher sale. Of all the dealers I saw that day from various car manufacturers, Mark Anthony was by far the easiest to deal with and was the most knowledgeable, understanding, and down the earth dealer. I would definitely recommend Mark Anthony at Bay Ridge Honda for any new car buyer. Thanks!

My original intent was to browse the different models to replace my Toyota Camry lease. I was instantly greeted with a smile from Mark Anthony. He's such a pleasure to do business with! He's friendly and does his best to make sure every aspect of the car is perfect! I fell in love with my new Accord! Bay Ridge Honda is #1 in my book thanks to Mark Anthony!

Deciding to buy a new car is sometimes overwhelming, at least that has been my experience. I came into Honda prepared to do battle and quite honestly was not the ideal customer any salesperson would want to deal with. However, a truly professional sales consultant, Mark Anthony Esmade, made all the difference. Mark worked tirelessly and patiently with me to help me make a tough decision and put up with my grumbling right through the sale and the pick up of my new Honda. Now that I have my car I realize that it was my past buying experiences that triggered my apprehension and truthfully it was not as painful as I had anticipated. I sincerely appreciate all of Mark's effort and his understanding of my situation. I would recommend him to anyone and hopefully he will have an easier time with the next customer.

In addition I would like to thank Dwayne Markland for all the info and for his professionalism and understanding in dealing with a truly grumpy "old man". He had me laughing out the door, a satisfied customer.

When I walked into the Honda dealership in Bay Ridge, I already knew that I was going to be happy and knew that I was in good hands because I saw Mark Anthony Esmade and his big smile! He was my sales consultant previously for another company and when I went back to have him as a consultant he was no longer working for that company. I was so sad :( Luckily the arrogance of the other company he used to work for did not want to help a loyal customer, and I decided to go to Bay Ridge Honda! I was ecstatic to see Mark Anthony Esmade!! I had so much confidence and trust in him from my previous encounter that I knew I was going to have what I wanted and knew he would help me get it!! He is a really nice and genuine person. He will get you the best deal and not try and scam or rob you for your money. I put 100% trust in him and I will continue to do so as the years to come. Mark Anthony Esmade was very helpful and generous to my mom and I. He made this experience smooth and not worry some for me at all. He is truly honest and looking out for your best interest!!
I would also like to thank Dwayne Markland and George Gambino for really helping me by pushing all my paperwork through. Leasing a car from Bay Ridge Honda was a very pleasant experience compared to Staten Island Honda where I had a previous lease. I visited other Honda dealerships and Bay Ridge Honda offered me the best deal. Mark Anthony Esmade was very curtious and patient. His suggestions and advice led me to lease a 2013 Accord Coupe. Not once did I feel rushed or overwhelmed in the process of leasing. Finance Manager Dwayne Markland was also great to work with. Everyone I came into contact with at Bay Ridge Honda were very friendly and professional. I will definitely lease again with this dealership.

Mark Anthony is the best dealer I ever dealt with. Between going to different dealerships and hearing the same old stories, he was able to get me what I wanted minus the headaches. He made me feel very comfortable, he did not pressure me unlike any other sales person, and most of all he was honest. One of my pet peeve is annoying sales people who constantly follow me and ask me a thousand questions or call me constantly just to ask me the same questions. My experience with him was superb and I wouldn't have had it any other way. It was my first time leasing a car and he was very patient in addressing all of the concerns that I had. Overall I would recommend anyone who is interested in either purchasing and leasing to go through him. His professionalism and honesty goes a long way. I will definitely comeback and do business with him again.

I got my very first lease vehicle from Mark, and had plenty others after that from different dealers. Coming back and ending up leasing thru him again, made me realize what a hassle free, easy, comfortable experience it was, as it should be.I know I am not the only person who thinks that getting a new vehicle is like a whole day thing, you wait for hours, exhausting your patience, feeling pressured to decide on a vehicle that you probably end up not happy about after. Mark made it clear and simple, giving you the best deal he can work on and make you happy! He is truthful, have a patience of a saint, attends to you conscientiously. You do not go home unsatisfied with what he has to offer you. I guarantee it! I will definitely recommend Mark to my family and friends. Mark treats you like FAMILY, and family helps out each other!
