Mark Ashtini at Toyota Santa Monica

Our experience leasing two Prius's three years ago was fantastic. We got kind, patient and thorough service from Mark Ashtini.
Our lease expired recently and Tony Doyle handled the return process. It was easy to make and get an appointment with him. He was super efficient; he knows his stuff and we actually had a few laughs during that sort of odd time when returning a leased auto! Both my husband and I do not hesitate to recommend Santa Monica Toyota, and Tony and Mark in particular for sales!

Overall experince with the staff was very pleasant, and I was very satisfied with the way they they handeled the leasing of the car and their knowledge about the information that I needed to know. The slesman was very curtious and friendly also the finance manager was very informative and helpfull.

I was really impressed with mashtini. He really made me buy my car. Next time, if I want to buy a car I would definitely contact mashtini first and I will recommend my friends to talk to him first to get a good car at an affordable price. His service after the car has been delivered and his friendly attitude is really appriciable. Thank you very much mashtini.

Mark was a fabulous salesperson in all ways- he was low-key, courteous, patient and helpful. The entire experience was good and never anxiety-ridden as it can be when making such big decisions. My husband and I each purchased a vehicle from him on the same visit and we both recommend him. Mark even invited me back for a more lengthy tutorial on the navigation system. I went, and he was just as friendly and patient as before.

Thanks to Mark Ashtini, I got the best deal in town on my Prius. I called many other dealers and non of them could come close to the deal Mark gave me. I got the exact options I was looking for at the best price period. No wonder why Santa Monica Toyota is number one dealer in the country on Prius!
