We have been doing business with Jeff D'Ambrosio since he started. Bought numerous vehicles over the years as well as our daughter and granddaughter and friends.
They are the best. Always a smile and how are you. Dave Baldwin is so very informative on all the options available. He can answer the what if's or what for's on all the vehicles. The service writers and service department are great. Very friendly and informative on what parts are needed for repairs, etc. You know the approximate cost up front with no surprises at the end.

Keep up the great work Jeff and company!!!!!!!

Honestly, this was the best car buying experience I ever had. I've purchased one used car and three new cars prior to this and there was always an issue. This was also the most prepared I ever was as the car was already picked from the internet, I had all of my information including the title of my trade-in and I had already found deals in other locations regarding my trade-in.

However, what really made it great was working with the entire D'Ambrosio Family at once. We had the opportunity to meet and speak with Jeff who was very personable and welcoming. Mark did an outstanding job as our sales rep and Trish took care of our financing. Mark joined my wife and I on a test drive and was very down-to-earth during our ride around the area. Mark also made sure that the car was available, clean and in working order. Between all three of them, I was able to purchase the vehicle for an honest price with excellent financing.

I value honesty, friendship and integrity and you will definitely find this at Jeff D'Ambrosio's. Each of them played their part in showing me that they gave me the car at a reasonable price, with a nice trade-in value for a 9 year old vehicle in fair condition and created an affordable payment plan for my wife and I. They took great care of us and I plan on driving the 45 to 60 minutes to bring my car to be serviced there rather than somewhere closer because they showed me that their family values customer service on my first ever visit to them. If their family reflects this then I am sure they expect it from their employees as well.

Mark was very patient throughout the process to locate the ideal truck for me. He "thought outside the box" to get me the options I ultimately wanted on the right vehicle so I didn't pay for ones I didn't want. Even though there was some confusion on the ultimate price quote, we quick worked it out with a good outcome. Got the truck I wanted at fair price.

The staff at D'Ambrosio is great. I just recently purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, helped by Mark. This is my 3rd car purchase from their dealership. I keep going back there because I know I am going to get great, QUALITY, service. The staff there is eager & helpful, but not pushy. My first car purchased from their dealership was a used 1996 dodge neon, followed by a new 2004 Grand Cherokee, and now i just traded my 2004 Grand Cherokee for a brand new 2011 Grand Cherokee. Mark was great, he helped find the exact things i wanted for my new jeep & kept me informed through the buying process. I got a fair, or more than fair, trade value at the closing. Their new showroom & location is a huge improvement from their old location. Honestly I can't think of much for these guys to improve on. I know when the time comes for service I'll be going back to them!

After visiting several other dealers, my husband stopped by D'Ambrosio's because it was close to his work. He met with Mark, who spent a great deal of time and patience making sure my husband was satisfied and that all his questions were thoroughly answered. He went out of his way to get the car we actually wanted, and the whole buying experience was positive from start to finish. Mark was professional, courteous, personable, and not pushy. My husband appreciated his honesty and integrity, and Mark followed through on everything to complete the deal. Jack and the rest of the staff were also courteous and helpful. We would absolutely strongly recommend this dealership and Mark to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle!

This was the best car purchase experience we have ever had! Mark D'Ambrosio is the most professional,courteous and responsive salesman we have ever met. It took us over and hour to get to this dealership, but it was well worth the time. I would highly recommend the Jeff D'Ambrosio Dealership, and especially Mark -- to everyone! Every sales person in this industry should operate exactly like Mark. His professional demeanor from the first call, is what impressed me at first. Then the responsiveness to every question, and follow-up was exceptional. Once we arrived at the dealership we were treated like long time customers, even though it was out first time there. We went to look at a used car with our son, and we did puschase it. Mark and the used car Sales Manager (Jack) were outstanding, friendly, honest, very knowledgeable -- and not at all pushy. Great integrity, great experience!! If you are thinking of buying a new or used vehicle and this dealership has what you are looking for, I would honestly suggest you go to this dealer -- and ask for Mark. We have purchased many cars over the past 30 years, but this was honestly the best experience.

Great selection of vehicles. There were so many cars to look at. I test drove about 8. I felt bad for Mark but he didn't complain once. I am new to the area and was surprised to see so many family memebers working at the store. It says alot when the owners family takes an interest in the business. I wasn't sure there even was a real Jeff D'Ambrosio let alone the whole family being there. Jeff thanked me for my business. I really felt taken care of. They will get all my service work too.
