brand new defective 2016 nissan altima sr July 21 , 2016 went to the dealership to purchase a brand new Nissan Altima , after driving for 20 miles I notice unusual sound from the front . I wen July 21 , 2016 went to the dealership to purchase a brand new Nissan Altima , after driving for 20 miles I notice unusual sound from the front . I went back to the dealer and reported the problem . my salesman referred me to service which scheduled me 07.25.16 . nothing was done that day. the following day the clunking sound got worse so I went back to the dealer where they check the car . after that I was told by the service person that they will call me when the part arrives(strut assembly) and the car is safe to drive. Now everytime I get in the car the smell of brand new is there when it starts to drive changes like the sound of an old taxi cab. what I want to know is did the dealer demonstrated the proper protocol with regard to brand new cars . Did the dealer do what is appropriate. I need a right advise . call me 2016831297 More
