Mark Kennedy at McCluskey Chevrolet

We went to the dealership just to look around and get an idea of what we wanted. We knew we wanted to replace both of our cars, but had not planned on doing so on the same day, or even at the same dealership. Mark was very professional and made us feel like he had known us for years. It was such a great experience; we will definitely be back to McCluskey when it is time to replace our vehicles again. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Mark was very nice , he wasn't pushy . He worked hard on finding me a nice car.I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to get in touch with Mark.

I sent an e mail about what car I wanted and what I could do money wise, I didn't know the car sales man and was hoping he was gona be nice and honest. Mark was all of that and gave me his word that he would try his hardest t give me the deal I asked for. Mark did not try to talk me into something else or try to change the price or payment of what i told him i could afford. I will def. send people his way and when and if i get another car I hope he is still there cause I would def come back. I have bought 2 cars prior and didnt have the best experience. I can honestly say this is the best experience I have had when buying a car. Thank you Mark for your friendly and honest servise I am very happy with my car.

As someone who has (A) been employed by another Chevy dealership, (B) purchased several cars (new and used) during the past 35 years and (C) have made a career out of comparatively benchmarking and training employees in the art of delivering customer service, I can positively identify McCluskey Chevrolet as "Best in Class." I have already referred others to McCluskey; ALL have received the same terrific level of sales support and service as described, herein.

More than once, I've responded to an action taken by a McCluskey representative with, "You really didn't have to do that...you've already done so much to exceed my expectations." The reply from McCluskey has always been the same—and with a sincere smile: "Yes, we did."

Had a great experience with Mark Kennedy and the dealership also. I knew what I was looking for, a new Colarado, when I told Mark what I was looking for he told me that they did not have exactly what I wanted but it would be no problem geeting one. He looked online, found what became my new truck and we sat down and made the deal. During the deal I got the feeling that Mark was working for me and not the dealer, he was honest and very helpful. It will be a while before I am in the Market again but I will be returning to Mc Cluskey and hope to deal with Mark again.

Everyone at McCluskey Chevrolet was friendly and knowledgeable. I had my new car search narrowed to two, and they really did a nice job of selling me on the Traverse. Mark Kennedy was extremely patient with me, as this was my first time handling the whole process of buying a car on my own. In the end, I got the car that I wanted, at a price we could both agree on. I felt like I got an honest, fair deal. Plus, I am thrilled with my new car!
