My Review of Advantage Suzuki:
We gave this review the best rating in everything because the purchase of our new car at Advantage Suzuki was the best car buying experience we have ever had. In the past we have not had good experiences with dealers such as DePaula Chevrolet and Fusillo Ford (switched the car we bought with a car of lesser value but still financed for the car with more upgrades). Rhett was a fantastic sales person. He was very thorough in showing us what the Kizashi's had to offer. He was a great during the negotiations and in introducing us to our new car and its many features when we picked it up. Mark was great to work with on the business side and found us really great financing. All in all, Advantage Suzuki came through with everything they promised us in a pleasing and friendly way. Because of this experience was so positive, as long as Suzuki continues to make such great cars, we have become lifetime Advantage Suzuki customers.

11/30/11

We came into Advantage Suzuki with no expectations, on a word of mouth referral, looking for new vehicles. What we found, much to our surprise and delight, was a supportive, informed, friendly without the overbearing crap you receive in most places, highly trained/educated sales and finance department with excellent employees, whom I might add, exhibited a great degree of integrity and willingness to work with us.

I have to say, I was, and will continue to be, impressed with the level of professionalism as well as the ability to make things happen. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle such as the Suzuki Kizashi, as we did, this is the only place that you'd not only want to go looking, but need to go looking.

I have to say, we are starting 2012 on a great foot, with good cheer, based on our treatment and satisfaction with the vehicles we've purchased. Thank you Advantage Suzuki!!! Simply put, these folks were outstanding!

Buying a car at Advantage Suzuki was actually a pleasant experience. I always dread going to a car dealership but dealing with Alfie put me immediately at ease. He was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. When it came time for the financing, Mark made it easy. He walked me through everything I needed to know, not the usual stress I have felt when dealing with other dealers. I opted for preventive maintenance and Kayla went out of her way to help! The staff at Advantage Suzuki was A+ and I definitely will buy my next car from there!

My Review of Advantage Suzuki:
This is my 3rd suzuki vehical that i have purchased Advantage Suzuki, Albany. I came in for my usual oil change. The service here has always been very good. I was looking at the new vehicles on the floor when Chris Pivacek approached me.

I have to say that he is an excellent sales person that I have ever dealt with because he listened to me and let me explain my financial situation and he knew where I stood. I trusted him from the start and i felt and that he was going to comply with what I was looking for and not sell me something that I could not afford.

Chris did everything possible to go above and beyond to satisfy me. What he promised he came through and I truly appreciate everything he did.

Everyone at Advantage Suzuki,Albany is very friendly and goes out of there way to make you happy. I only wished manager Joe Barakat was on that day because every time I came in for my oil change he always greeted me with a smile and asked how things were going and if i was satisfied.

My Review of Advantage Suzuki:
I was extremely satisfied with my overall experience at Advantage Suzuki, Albany NY, and because of this, I purchased a brand new 2011 Suzuki Kizashi. Upon arriving to the dealership, I was quickly greated by a sales consultant, Alfio Giuliano. I had been doing some online research months prior to visiting the dealership and I was pretty certain that I wanted an AWD sedan. The vehicles that I was considering were the 2011 Suzuki Kizashi, 2011 Subaru Impreza, and 2011 Subaru Legacy. All three of these vehicles were about the same price, so my decision was going to come down to the test drive and what was actually included with the costs, such as warranty, car features, etc.

Initially, I went to the Subaru dealership and browsed around the parking lot for approximately 5-10 minutes. I was not greeted by anyone, so I then went into the dealership and was told that everyone was busy, take a seat, and someone would be over to help me. I sat there for another 10-15 minutes and decided my business didn't seem to be important, so I headed for Advantage Suzuki. I arrived at Advantage Suzuki and browsed around the parking lot for vehicles with the features I was looking for. I was greeted by Alfio Giuliano within 5 minutes, which was perfect because I wanted a few minutes to decide which car models I wanted to test drive. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I told him that I was there to test drive the Suzuki Kizashi and within minutes he had me doing just that. As we drove, he described the key features of the car and answered any questions I had.

Also, I was very pleased with Alfio Giuliano's sales approach. I dread going to car dealerships because the sales people are usually the worst. I typically don't do well with sales associates trying to pressure me into buying something I'm not sure I want. Such a sales approach has deterred me from making purchases before. I am more likely to walk away if I feel like I am being harrassed, instead of helped. I did not feel pressured at any point during my experience at Advantage Suzuki, and I greatly appreciated that.

I was so pleased with the Suzuki Kizashi and the service provided by the dealership that the purchase I was planning on making in the next couple of months was changed to only 2 weeks later, after my initial visit to the dealership.

I have had my car for less than two weeks now, and I love it! My only misfortune was that within the first week of having the car, I did have to return to the dealership to have my tires balanced. I am happy that was all that it was. Also, the devices such as my cell phone and iPod, that I attempted to hook up to the USB to play music, are not compatible with the car's system, so I will probably be purchasing a new iPod soon so that I will be able to use that feature. Other than that, I am so excited about owning this car! I can't wait to see how it handles in our upstate New York winters. Everyone who has been a passenger or fortunate enough to take it for a drive are impressed with it's smooth ride and handling, the comfort of the interior, and all the extra features. They can't believe that I purchased an AWD vehicle for such a reasonable price.

Thank you Advantage Suzuki for getting me into such an exquisite vehicle. I feel that I am not going to be disappointed!

This was my second time going to this dealership, and the staff was even better to me than the first time I went there. They "all" helped me through each step of yet another new car ownership experience. Vinnie, Joe and Mark all went way above and beyond in order to help me get a deal that worked with my budget. Even when I thought it couln't happen, they came through and it was even better than I had expected. I am already planning on going back with another vechicle to trade and have given out 3 hopeful referrals. Thanks to all at Advantage Suzuki! You rate
