Still working to resolve. X7 loaded etc. found a crazy cut in the rear arm rest. (Not a daily driver). Presentation of my new car by my wonderful salesman involved a bow, a reveal and my favorite song playing in a closed room where I could be introduced to the vehicle. More importantly, while dealerships are not inexpensive for repairs, etc., I am always confident that the Tom Bush team will get the job done correctly. The most important thing is that BMWs are excellent vehicles. I loved my old car and am delighted with the new one. Every aspect of this organization is top notch. I'm a very satisfied customer. More
