My Review of Honda of Keene:
My experience with Honda of Keene started off on the right note. I sent an email inquiry about a used car they offered on their website. I wrote it at 5pm on my way out of the office. I had a response before I got home accepting my offer. The good experience didn't end there. I showed up at opening the next day to be directed to a salesman who was calm and worked on my time. I did not feel pressured or rushed in any way. The closure of the deal was also pleasant. My offer was already in their system. I didn't have to negotiate. They worked with me on financing and everything was a pleasant no rush situation. I called to pickup the car a day early and there was no problem. I would shop with them again either new or used.

Honda of Keene went out of their way to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. The staff made sure that I was approved for the exact car I wanted. I left the very same day in a brand new 2012 Honda! Thank you Honda of Keene!

Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is our second visit, after leasing a civic for our daughter we are now looking for a replacement for our leased Subaru and after such a great experience with the civic we thought we would see what we could get for ourselves.

I had an overall positive experience purchasing a vehicle from Honda of Keene. The salesman, Mark Pitera, was easy going and patient as I test drove 3-4 vehicles over a period of three weeks. Negotiating a purchase price is never easy, but I felt satisfied that I purchased the vehicle for a fair market price.

My Review of Honda of Keene:
I have bought 2 new cars in the past and this was by far the best experience I have had. I flew in from California and already had the price quote sent to my email. The completely honored the price I was quoted with no hidden fees. On no sleep from the flight I was hoping to be in and out of there as quick as possible. Basically all I had to do was tell them the color I wanted and I drove out of there with a new car in no time! Mark Pitera my sales consultant and Doug my financing guy were so easy to deal with and I would recommend any of my friends to go there. I even came back the next day because a dog had already scratched my new car :( Mark immediately took it into the garage and buffed it out for me free of charge!!!! This was the first car buying expierence where the salesman are not pounding and pounding you and actually listed to what you want. Thanks honda of keene and thanks to Katie Fenton for the online quote and for her sending a shuttle ONE HOUR AND A HALF to pick me up free of charge!!!!! Thanks Honda of Keene!!!!

My Review of Honda of Keene:
On Feb. 28th, 2010 we stopped in at Honda of Keene. We had no intention of purchasing a new car. Mark Pitera came over to us and was very helpful, answering all our questions. There was a President's Day sale and an extremely good finance sale and we purchased a 2010 Honda Accord. Prior to this, we had only driven Mercury Grand Marquis and Ford Crown Vics. Honda is a welcome change.
On March 11, 2011 we made an appointment with Mark to see a 2011 CRV. Prior to that date, we had e-mailed Mark with numerous questions. He answered all our queries very promptly. We tried the CRV and decided on it. Mark was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. We worked out the numbers and decided to purchase it, being very satisfied with the final price. Don McKinley was the accounting person who helped with the contracts and paperwork. He was very helpful and friendly, making that part of the purchase a positive one.
Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and extremely helpful. The facility was clean and welcoming, we were very impressed with the workmanship of the Honda, but the excellent customer service Mark provided was a major selling point for us. He even came in on his day off to show us the car!!! Above & beyond anything we expected!!
Today we picked-up our black Honda CRV and we love it!!!

My Review of Honda of Keene:
After seeing one of the used car in the website I had asked for the quote.
A day later Sarah got in touch with me and constantly she was sending emails on various options and finally I decided to buy 2003 civic.
The staff were really friendly and I appreciate the finance department executives who got the finance at lesser rate of intrest. (I do not remember the name of finance guys).
I would like to give a special mention about Sarah who was real quick in responding to my queries.
