My Review of Proctor Subaru:
I purchased my first car from Subaru two years ago, and it was a wonderful experience. Abel and Mark made what could have been a terribly frightening experience great; there was no pressure, I got exactly what I was looking for at the right price.

In the two years since my purchase, every encounter with Proctor's team has been consistently above expectations. My car is serviced quickly, the waiting room is wonderful, the employees are engaging and kind, and the service staff is knowledgeable, communicative, and professional.

My Review of Proctor Subaru:
We just purchased a 2012 Outback 3.6R Limited from Proctor. Frank and Charlie worked with us and helped us choose one in transit so we could get the color my wife and I wanted. Mark did a great job on the paperwork.

When the Outback arrived it got held up for a recall for a couple of days and had a very small scratch in the clearcoat, Frank and Charlie were great at getting all worked out very quickly and to perfection.

The dealership is very nice and very clean with plenty of free refreshments. The restrooms are always very clean. Also a dog friendly dealership.

Everyone is very nice and a great dealship to purchase a Subaru from. We will be going back when we are ready to trade again.

My Review of Proctor Subaru:
Hank was very patient and attentive, it took us almost 9 months to decide on the Impreza Sport and he was not pushy or impatient at all. He really knows his product and explained all the features before we even started the engine for a test drive. I have never seen a salesman more proud of his product, just talking to him is enough to make you want to buy the car. So far I am pleased as punch with my new car and can't wait to take it on its first kayaking or biking trip.

Abel and the Proctor Subaru Dealership was a suggestion from a friend of mine after I metioned I was in the market to trade in my current vehicle. Abel was extremely efficient throughout the whole process and made the car buying experience very relaxed. When it came time to sign the paperwork Mark was thorough and took his time if my husband or I had any questions.

After seeing our cars and hearing about our experience with the Proctor team, a few months later my mother-in-law ended up getting a Subaru Legacy.

Thank you guys for all your help, we are now lifetime proctor buyers:)

My Review of Proctor Subaru:
I had the most amazing experience with Proctor Subaru today. I had been working with them for over a month to find and deliver the perfect Subaru Outback for me, and they worked with me every inch of the way. I had a title problem with my trade-in, and had to get that cleared up before I could purchase my new car. Well, they had gone ahead and purchased the vehicle I was to buy from another dealership and had a deposit from me. They waited very patiently for me to get my trade-in's title cleared up (clerical errors I had to get resolved). Finally I got it all cleared up and drove up to Tallahassee to purchase my new car. They were perfectly friendly and helpful, showed me everything I needed, helped me with the paperwork, and were extremely friendly the entire time. I will most certainly come back to them for my next car purchase. I have never been treated so well at a dealership in my entire life. They were up front, friendly, honest, and treated me with respect. I will go out of my way to give them my business in the future.
