My Review of Rensselaer Honda:
I was very happen with everything. I had been to 3 other dealerships that day and went through all the games and bull-crap and none of them were willing to work with me at the numbers I wanted.

And when I walked into Rensselaer Honda, I was blown away with the experience. Mark Rizzo was great to work with and I bough my CRV in 20 minutes after walking through the door. I gave mark my trade in & sale price and if they could do the deal with those two numbers we have a deal. And we did with no sales games or going back and forth with numbers.

I drive a lot of miles and go through cars every 2 to 3 years, so i will only be back to Rensselaer Honda, to buy next car. They are truly very hassle free and friendly. They understand their customers!!

My Review of Rensselaer Honda:
We were looking for a used car for my Dad and I to share since I'm sixteen and he has would like to cut down the use of his bigger vehicle. We were on a budget and Mark worked with us and met us at a price that we could afford. He was very understandable and friendly and knew what he was talking about. The whole process didn't take long at all, and I'm really pleased with the car. The service was so great, I've never talked to a car dealer that had such a great personality and was so helpful! If you need a car, definitely go here, these people know how to relate to real people and get you what you need.

Very good sales person and another great experience at Rensselaer Honda. This is my third vehicle from there and the service and sales staff are both top notch. Mark made the whole thing easy, treated me with respect and really took the anxiety and game playing out of the buying process.

I was at first hesitant to visit Rensselaer Honda as I had not heard good things. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to find Mark to be very willing and helpful answering all my questions. I was pleased he worked with me for what I was exactly looking for with in my price range. I was also pleased with the trade in value for my previous Honda. I would recommend Rensselaer Honda, Mark Rizzo and John Dagen (finance) for any car sales.

Had a excellent experience. No other dealership could come close to what Honda was offering me. I have always dealt with a ford dealership since my mother works for one, and I can't say enough good things about dealing with Honda. I'm not one to shop around and I have a very busy schedule which makes car shopping difficult and this was truly the easiest time I have ever had buying a car from start to finish. I felt like Mark was truly looking out for my best interest and not just trying to sell a car. I will definately go back and recommend everyone to go there.

About 6 pr 7 years ago, we visited Rensselear Honda and had a bad purchasing experience so we were very hesitant to return. I have, however, always had my Honda's serviced at Rensselear Honda though due to the great customer serivce I have always received. Kathy had said to come back and try again and Mr. Rizzo was an awesome salesman to work with! I love my new accord and I love dealing with Rensselear Honda!
