My Review Of Criswell Acura:

I have never encountered less than outstanding service in my 2 years of going to Criswell Acura for any reason. The employees are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure your needs are met while you are there. The accommodations provided while you wait are great, the atmosphere is peaceful allowing you to relax or complete any work that you may bring with you.

My hat goes off to Mark Scherger, my service consultant since I purchased my vehicle. He is very professional, courteous, friendly and consistent. His excellent customer service starts from the time I call to make an appointment with him, until I actually leave the premises after the completion of the service. I have never felt anxious or concerned about what is going to occur, the process that is in place works for me. In my opinion, I could not have picked a better dealership to purchase a vehicle or receive service.

My Review Of Criswell Acura:

My 2005 RL needed a lot of work. Mark was great about communicating with me, even agreeing to use text messaging which suited my needs well; I am a physician and it is difficult to take phone calls while seeing patients. And the loaner was a nice vehicle and gave me a chance to try out the TSX line.

I have always had great experiences with Criswell Acura Service. You might pay a little more than with a private mechanic, but the problem will always be diagnosed correctly and fixed right the first time. You get what you pay for, and Criswell Acura Service is worth it. And Mark was actually able to save me some money as the service came in at more than 10% less than the original estimate.

Thanks to Service Consultant Mark Scherger for steering me to Criswell Acura when I was looking for a new car. My Sales Consultant Angela Appadoo did a fantastic job listening to what I wanted and delivering the ILX in the most positive car purchase I have ever experienced. Angela knew the ILX inside and out and I drove away knowing I made a great decision buying from Criswell Acura! Will most certainly recommend Angela and Criswell to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

My Review Of Criswell Acura:

Let me preface this by saying I'm the guy who does NOT like going into a dealer for service. That said, I want to say that I had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience. Mark Scherger was my service adviser, and talk about outstanding customer service! I brought my vehicle for a few minor issues. They had to keep my car for a few days because they had to order parts, but Mark kept me informed of the status. Mark was very polite and professoinal, and displayed excellent customer service. He set me up with a loaner vehcile so that I was not impacted by the delay. All of my issues with the vehicle were covered under warranty so it was no questions asked. The technician did an outstanding job on my vehicle. I have to say that after this experience, I won't hesitate to bring my car to Criswell Acura in Annapolis, MD. I really hope management gives Mark a pat on the back and acknowledges him for his outstanding customer service....buy the guy a beer :-)

Mark is an exceptionally polite and pleasant gentleman! I was especially pleased that he offered me a discount on the service for my car!!!!! This meant a great deal to me since I am retired!!!! I was also delighted with the way he presented the findings of the service people--first the good news and then the reasons why the necessary work should be done now and then what will probably be needed when I return for my next service.

My Review Of Criswell Acura:

We've had two MDX Acura's from Criswell and both have been excellent cars but we did develop a difficult to detect problem with intermittent sluggishness with our transmission. Several trips in for service frustrated everyone because the patient would seem to get well on the way to the doc! Mark in service however decided we needed to get it fixed and made the decision, with Acura's blessing, to replace the entire transmission under warranty just to satisfy his customer - he did, it worked, and we are very please with Criswell's service ! Thanks Mark!

Second person I'd compliment is Alan Hannon in sales who was kind enough to help us get a better understanding of our MDX GPS/Phone/Entertainment center on his day off, even though he had not been the one who sold it to us. I was surprised how very knowledgeable he is on electronics, often car salesmen are not ! - he is an asset to Criswell - ask for him on your next sales visit.
