The team at Heritage Honda in Parkville are always friendly and helpful. I will not take my car anywhere else. I usually work directly with Chris Murray. He is very thorough at explaining issues/concerns with me and goes out of his way to make my visit a positive experience.

This past Thursday it was a rather cool morning, while on my way to work, my 2006 Civic overheated. I finally decided to have it towed into the Parkville dealership. I work in White Marsh, and it was close to my office. I have experienced great service with Honda in the past in Memphis, TN. Mark and Heritage Honda Parkville, will have my business from here on out. The service staff is great and very willing to help. They took care of my car in 3 working days. I was completely amazed. I live in Virginia and will drive to Parkville Honda when I am ready to buy my next car as well as continuing my service and Civic care needs there.

My husband and I have bought 3 cars from this dealership. We have a 04 Element, 05 Civic and recently purchased an 11 Accord. We bought are first 2 cars from Seth Bond...he is now the Finance Manager, and our Accord was purchased from Mok Bsaiso last month. Both Seth and Mok are exceptionally professional, honest, helpful, friendly and they know their Hondas! That's the main reason we keep coming back to this particular dealership. Whenever I am in for service, they are like "family," always going out of their way to make you feel welcome. Although we live in Timonium, Maryland, we also ALWAYS use this dealership for serving our vehicles...even though the Towson Service Center is much closer to our home. Mark Sowder in Service is also a very exceptional individual. I feel that he is honest and helpful with his suggestions.

We have recommended this dealership to several people. In fact my step-daughter and her boyfriend both brought pre-owned Certified vehicles here - a Civic and an Accord within the past two (2) years.

I would highly recommend Heritage Honda Parkville to anyone, and when the time does come, I will definitely be buying my next vehicle here!
