We recently purchased a certified pre-owned 3 Series from Dave Walter and the expierience was very painless. Mark Stacey is a pleasure to deal with and made sure we were informed, happy and knowledgable customers both during the sale and when we left the dealership. It is the first time I can remember a salesperson calling up a week after the sale and asking how we liked the car and if we had any problems or questions. I had the great pleasure of leasing a new 5-series from David Theado of Dave Walter BMW. I live in Cincinnati, and the local dealers didn't have the car with my desired color/options, so I looked instead at all dealers from Kentucky to Illinois. Fortunately, I was able to work with David Theado, who not only gave me a good price, but was also very upfront with all the details - money factor, residual, cash upfront, etc. I'm a financially oriented person, and his deal was the best of all the roughly twelve dealers I contacted. Also, the other dealers would play games with the deal - lowering the price but then raising the money factor seemed to be a very common theme. No games from David - everything was done honestly and with complete openness, which was important, since I had to drive 4 hours each way to pick-up the car. I simply couldn't have any "surprises". My great experience continued after I arrived at the dealership. David asked Mark Stacy to go over the car with me. He's a real pro. He spent about 3 hours with me showing me everything you could possibly imagine. He also provided me his cell and office phone numbers to call whenever I had a question (which I've already done once). He set the car up exactly as I wanted it, and helped me learn how to use all the features of the car. Part of the reason to buy a BMW is for all the technology it has - it would be a waste not to have someone like Mark show you how to use it! He was patient and explained things in a way that could be easily understood. Overall, this dealership is awesome, and I will enthusiastically recomment Dave Walters BMW to my friends.

Worth the trip from Cleveland! My 3rd BMW. Did not want to go down to Akron but they had the 528xi I wanted. Told them out front they never could march the price I wanted. Mark and David are very professional and straight forward. Mark had the car warmed up and ready for the test drive. Very, very knowledgeable about the car. David met the price I needed with no games or hassle. They helped me clean out my car and had my new 528 ready to go in an hour. The best dealer experience I have ever had. Simply great guys. If you live in Cleveland you should strongly consider going to Akron and talking to Mark Stacy. My brother-in-law says their service is great and they valet anywhere in Cleveland. Mr. Walter should be proud of the company he built. Worth the trip!

This was my first experience with Dave Walter BMW and I must say it was outstanding! The sales team of Mark and Dave provided me with everything I needed to make a buying decision. I was a previous BMW owner and then went to Lexus after a bad experience with another BMW dealer, since Lexus wasn't trying to earn my business again, I decided to try BMW again and I was totally blown away by the advanced technology of this automobile. I just might be back to BMW for good! Thanks guys for all your exceptional help in making my car purchase a great experience.

I just recently enjoyed purchasing my car from Dave Walter BMW. Mark Stacey was the salesman, and with his help I was able to find the right car for me! His service was excellent. During my short visit Mark gave me a beverage and was very easy to work with.
Mark was great, what I was most impressed with was the tenacity of finance manager Erik Parkinson. Erik very diligently went to work finding the best rate for my car. Not only was he very personable as well, but the information he was able to provide me in purchasing my first vehicle was incredible. It can be an overwhelming process but when you work with a fantastic finance manager like Erik it makes the process smooth. I was very happy with my whole experience and plan on making my next purchase at Dave Walter BMW and hope to work with these gentlemen again.

This was by far the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had! David greeted us warmly and introduced us to mark who was very helpful in finding the car we were looking for that best suites our family as well as answering questions through out which gave us confidence in our purchase. We had fun laughed and built a relationship that will definitely last for further car buying needs. Meeting Erik the finance guy was unusually the best part about the experience. The last thing on our mind was all the paper work that had to be done. This guy is hilarious and definitely a very different positive "meet the finance guy" experience! Very knowledgeable,explained the various options that can compliment our purchase and did so in a non threatening manner. Thanks guys! We felt at home from the moment we walked in... Literally. David even held the twins so we could take a test drive!!

I recently purchased a new 550i at Dave Walter BMW and primarily dealt with Erik Parkinson. Although I have had many satisfactory experiences with previous BMW purchases at Davis BMW in Cleveland this transaction was by far the best overall. Erik took a challenging situation and handled it with the greatest professionalism and ease. This dealership is very fortunate to have such a dedicated and exemplary professional as Mr Parkinson. All that really needs to be said is that this has been the best car buying experience I have ever had! Over the years I have purchased 2 new vehicles and 2 used vehicles from dealerships and this is by far the best transaction I have ever experienced. They are professional, courteous and low pressure. I found a vehicle on their website and then scheduled a test drive. I was upfront about wanting a certified preowned vehicle, the style and what I wanted to spend. I looked at several CPO 3 Series vehicles and ended up buying the one I first test drove. They treated me with respect and were extremely friendly to my wife and 2 young children. Don't bother going to another BMW dealership. Mark is fantastic to work with and treated me like a true VIP customer. Shujaat was very nice to us and gave my 3 year old daughter a teddy bear and she absolutely loves her new bear 'lady' and takes it everywhere. Erik is great to work with, found us a great rate and was very quick with all paperwork. Erik is also very funny and makes the paperwork process fun. As long as I am driving a BMW, I will purchase from Dave Walter BMW.
