My Review Of Miller Auto Plaza:

Adrian had the patience & took the time to make sure that I was going to purchase a car that I was comfortable with. He made me feel relaxed, at ease & fully capable of making up my own mind. When he suggested a Buick Regal, I was somewhat hesitant. To me, it meant my Grandpa's car. He assurred me that it would be the perfect car for me & that it would be what I was looking for & more. To my amazement, he was right! I love it! A luxury, sport vehicle with more bells & whistles than I could have imagined! Adrian discussed with me that there was a great deal going on with the 2012 models. With the price that he gave & all the car had to offer, it was an offer, I was not going to pass up! He lined up the financing & when I came in to sign, it took less than 10 minutes, Adrian had everything lined up. He found the car I wanted in South Dakota & arranged to have it transported to Saint Cloud, cleaned up & ready the next business day. When I went to pick it up, he thoroughly went thru everything from left to right. From how to open the doors (Keyless!), how the phone works, the wipers, the little cubbies, On-Star, how to open the trunk, drop the back seats, you name it, he showed me how it works. After our initial orientation, he told me to write down any questions/concerns & to stop back the next week to review anything I had written down. Before I was ready to drive off in my new ride, he took me over to the Service Department so I would be familiar with that as well. Looking back at how I was treated, there isn't another Dealership I'd ever recommend. From the experience with my Salesman, the Clean up Center,& Service Department it was the best I've had.
Oh, I failed to mention that I am a woman. I am glad I wasn't treated like one. My former dealership did that. Miller didn't. Kind of a no brainer on my end, to tell all my friends & family, not only about Miller, but mostly about Adrain. Miller Auto, do not let this one go!

My Review Of Miller Auto Plaza:

I specifically came to Miller Auto to acquire a new GMC Acadia. I had been looking at new models of this vehicle on their web site throughout the summer and felt that I would find the type of Acadia I was interested in. Brian Nesius greeted me as soon as I drove up to the showroom and got out of my 2008 Acadia. He allowed me the time to walk around the Denali Acadia that was parked outside and then cordially inquired as to how he could help me. I asked him about the options on the Denali and he explained the difference between the Denali and my
Acadia. I also inquired what colors Miller Auto had in a standard Acadia and he very quickly gave me the information. We talked about the special paint on the Denali and the design of an SLT Acadia that was right beside it. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE from Brian in my decision. He answered all of my questions and allowed me the time to make my own decision. It was most refreshing! After I stated I would like to see about purchasing the Denali Acadia we entered the showroom and the process began. I met Bob Yozamp and felt he gave me a fair quote for my used vehicle. Brian was friendly and cordial and always gave me a time span when I needed to wait for a price quote or while financing was being calculated. I also enjoyed meeting Scott Braaten and Mark Strumvoll. Every member of your team made purchasing my new vehicle an extremely positive event and I will recommend your dealership to family and friends who are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. My husband felt I had been treated very fairly and was impressed with the details of my purchase. Thank you Miller Auto!

My Review Of Miller Auto Plaza:

We have not bought a vehicle from another dealer since 1985. Our latest purchase of a Nissan Rogue last week, was the BEST experiance we have had purchasing a vehicle. Jake Morris, Kelli Frieler, Mark Stumvoll, and Scott Braaten, made this the easiest, and most pleasant of all our purchases. Jake amazed me from the start, to the finish when he took my wife into the vehicle, and programmed her bluetooth, and showed her how EVERYTHING worked. What a great team. They could all use a pay raise:)

We were very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at Miller Auto. Corin was very friendly, but not pushy, which we liked. Also no one seemed arrogant like many car sales people. Scott the finance guy, was also very helpful and personable.

My wife and i were very impressed with Jamie Nelson's professionalism. We appreciated the no-hassle approach. We really liked that he could answer all of our questions clearly. We were treated with respect. My wife was very impressed that she was included in the conversations.
The staff that we worked with, were very friendly and helpful.

Traded in our 2006 Saturn Vue for a 2006 Toyota Corolla. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good buying experience. Just purchased yesterday. Hopefully the car will last a long time, only time will tell!

My Review Of Miller Auto Plaza:

Dear Miller Auto Center,

I enjoy shopping for cars, mostly on the internet, because of the hassle free environment. However, after stopping at Miller Auto Plaza, and looking at a Verano outside, Tim Arnold walked up, introduced himself and asked if he could help. We took the Verano for a drive. After he assesed my needs (long trips) he said that I might want to look at a Buick Lacrosse. We gave that a test drive also, and was pleasantly surprised at how good the pick up was in the hybrid 4 cylinder. I was not only impressed with the car, but Tim gave a very enjoyable overview of the amazing technology that comes with it. Over all, my experience with Tim was one of the best I have every had with a salesman, and I have purchased many new cars. His interest in me, as a customer, was much appreciated. It was like he was looking out for me, as he would himself, if he were buying. His knowledge in the new highly tech market, was of the highest caliber. You, at Miller, are fortunate to have someone like Tim, who can make a customer feel so comfortable, and after conversing with them, find a fit that is believeable and workable. When Tim had sold me, we visited with Troy, who again was up front and honest with his appraisal of my turn in vehicle. Mike did the first run up of costs, on the lease, and it was professionally done. I believe Scott Bratten was the one that did the paper work...again professionally done. Mark showed me the garage and how to take care of the car there, when it's time. And lastly, seeing and visiting with Tom Miller again, solidified the entire feeling I was having about Miller Plaza. Integrity is something many businesses try to achieve, but it was definitely a part of the entire transaction for me as well as my wife. When I brought Judy in to pick up the car, and sign a few documents, they were gracious and outwardly helpful in making her feel a part of the whole experience. I have bought cars from Miller in the past, but this was the finest experience I have ever had, including all the other dealerships I have ever been involved with, and will willingly tell others about it. Lastly, we appreciated Tim's low keyed approach to answering the myriad of questions we brought up, and his genuinness in answering them. Overall, I couldn't have been more satisfied. Oh yes, it's the finest car we have ever owned and will be fun talking to others about the new hybrid. Thank you all for making our car buying experience the best that it could be. Joel Ampe
