My Review Of Bo Beuckman Ford:

I brought my Mazda b3000 in for state inspection and it failed on emissions. After a tune up, the truck runs like new again and it has 147,000+ miles . Great job!

That is great! But, not an unexpected happening around here! We have Valet and VIP Service for our customers! Just ask and we can drive you home instead of having you wait around in the lounge. We will even come and pick you up or have your vehicle delivered when it is complete!

My Review Of Bo Beuckman Ford:

I've completed several surveys over the past 1 1/2yrs since my first experience with Bo Beuckman Ford. They have been uniformly excellent.
A truly exceptional service staff, beginning with Chrisanna Jung and continiuing thru the Parts and Service technicians.
I've never had any compliant and quality of diagnosis ans work has just been excellent in all respects.

I purchased an F150 in November of 2012 and was very pleased with the Sales staff and received a fair price.

Could not ask for a better automobile dealership. Small town friendliness, great service, and top notch service. No need to ever look elsewhere when purchasing a vehicle. The kind of dealerships that built Ford to what it is today.

Just picked up my 4th new vehicle from Bo Beuckman Ford. Have always received terrific service from everyone in sales and service departments - that's why I keep coming back. Mike Bradford in sales does everything possible to make sure I'm a happy customer, and I am. They keep a good selection of vehicles in stock, have a knowledgable sales staff, and will EARN your business and keep you happy.

I've also received outstanding service from the Service Department. Chris and Mark make sure to understand any problem so they can get it properly resolved. Always fixed right the first time.

My Review Of Bo Beuckman Ford:

Service writers Chris and Mark have both been very attentive to my vehicle maintenance needs on my Ford E150 Van and Lincoln Town Car. They have made maintenance recommendations which were both timely and beneficial for long term vehicle life and driveability.

Bo Beuckman has a responsive valet service to provide a ride to and from home when vehicle maintenance time will be extensive or if I cannot wait on site for repairs. I also appreciate his Owners Advantage Rewards program which allows credit toward maintenance and repair charges.

My Review Of Bo Beuckman Ford:

You may be wondering why I listed so many employees worked with.

Taylor is a member of the Customer Care Team at Bo Beuckman Ford and was the first person I had contact with at the Dealership. We had serveral email and phone conversations during which she provided information on the vehicles I was interested in.

Roy is the Team Leader of The Customer Care Team and greeted me at the door the first time I visited the Dealership.

Rick is the sales rep that I worked with. Though they had several vehicles in stock with the options I wanted they did not have the color I wanted. I never felt pressured to take something they had on hand. With Taylor's help he was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted at another Dealer and have it on hand the next business day.

James is the finance person I worked with. I came into this with wery good financing secured through a major bank. James was able to get me even better financing through a different major bank.

Last but not least is Mark, my SERVICE ADVISOR and the most important person at any Dealership. Within 2 weeks of my purchase the touch screen went out. That is a Ford problem, not a Dealership problem. It was late Friday afternoon so there was nothing he could do then but he did schedule me for 8:00AM the next Monday. It took service about an hour to find the problem. It needed a part. The part was ordered and came in the next day. It was installed and checked out in about an hour. Though I am very unhappy about the problem I am pleased with the way Mark and the Service Department handled it.

Overall I am pleased with both Bo Beuckman and with the vehicle but I would like to tell Ford what I think of having a problem within the first 2 weeks. The only suvey I have gotten from Ford related to the Dealer, not to their product.
