My Review of Esserman Volkswagen:
From the moment I decided to lease another vehicle I visited Esserman and met with GM-Chris Assmar because I have purchased and leased numerous vehicles from Esserman over the years and they have always been spectacular. They are professional, friendly, courteous and genuine in assisting the customer and meeting their needs and will provide the customer with service found nowhere else! This time around I was assisted by Martin Centeno, he greeted me like family, gave me his full attention and got me into the exact deal I wanted- quick and hassle-free! I commend Chris, Martin and Maria who put all the paperwork together and most certainly recommend them to family and friends, they are the BESTEST!!!

My Review of Esserman Volkswagen:
I originally came to service my now previous Volkswagen CC. As I was looking at the newer models, I was approached by Martin Centeno, who sold me the car. I was happy to see him as I remembered he made sure I left a satisfied customer. I shared my worries on how I had a few dents and scratches and expressed that I was no longer as excited about the car. He and the manager Glen worked together to give me the best deal I could afford on a new 2012 CC. Overall, I'd like to thank the whole staff. My Review of Esserman Volkswagen:
Offices are beautiful and the display of the cars neat, Manager came to talk to us and gave me a good price. Martin was very helpful specially at the time of explaining the features of the car, iphone conections, CD player, etc. He took his time to make sure I understood. Lady at the entrance of the dealer the "greeting person" is friendly and the overall experience with them has been good ( i have leased 2 cars with them so far. Onix at the tecnical department is very friendly and autentically concern when the customer has a problem. My only recomendation would be to make sure they rotate the tires and do EVERYTHING that is suposed to be included in the CAREFREE MAINTENANCE.
