I traded my 2010 Audi A6 and 2009 Porsche 911 (both purchased at Braman Audi) for a 2013 Audi A6 and a 2013 Audi S5. As was the case when I purchased the 2010 Audi A6, my salesperson was Marty Newman. I have nothing but the highest praise for Marty. He is a consummate professional: he knows the Audi brand inside out, he listens carefully to his client, he is courteous, and delivers the goods. Marty got me fair trade-in values and fair prices for the two new cars I bought from ohim. He went out of his way to find the cars I wanted, including searching elsewhere for the right S5 when it was not available in Braman's inventory. He explained all the features of the cars, particularly the technological aspects, even after completion of the sales and I had taken delivery of the cars. His relationship with his client continues after the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Marty to anyone who is thinking of buying an Audi in the Palm Beach area. In a word: outstanding!

Marty was fantastic. A real gentleman and helped me get in the car that I now refuse to ever get out of!!!! I bought the Audi A4, with all of the bells and whistles, Marty took the time to explain everything to me, even though the lights were turning off around us late on a Saturday night. I truly appreciate his commitment to making me want an Audi above any other car.

I recently purchased my new Audi S4 from Braman Audi of Palm Beach. My Brand Specialist was Mr. Martin Newman. Upon my arrival, I was greeted immediately and taken to the dealer lot to see the available inventory. Mr. Newman asked me different questions about what I was looking for in a new S4 and he would try his best to find the car that I was looking for.

Mr. Newman was very courteous and his knowledge of the Audi Brand was truly exceptional. We reviewed several cars until we found exactly what I was looking for. Before and during the test drive, Mr. Newman explained the different features and the build quality of Audi Automobiles. He also answered any questions or concerns that I had.

The negotiating process was completed quickly and very easily. Basically, I was offered exactly what I was looking for. Before and during delivery of my new S4, Mr. Newman sat with me to set up the different features of my car. He made sure I understood the basics of the vehicle before driving off the lot. Mr. Newman was very detailed and offered me the opportunity to bring the car back at any time to review anything that I did not understand.

My overall experience with the staff at Braman Audi and with Mr. Newman in particular was truly a positive one. I’m very pleased with my purchase and I would most definitely recommend Braman Audi and Mr. Newman to anyone who is currently looking for an Audi.

Marty is a consummate pro. He handled every detail in a completely professional and efficient manner inspiring a great deal of confidence. This is our second Audi Q5. We wouldn't think of shopping with any other Audi dealer. From the moment we began our journey with Braham Audi on Okeechobee Blvd. in West Palm Beach, FL, we were welcomed. It quickly became "home". The sales experience was smooth and accurate. From the most minut detail to the largest. Even the fact that they allowed us to bring our Great Pyrenees in to see if he fit. The service was wonderful throughought our ownership. And due to the human factor, even when there was one or two slight hiccups, they were rectified immediately.
Now we just upgraded to get our 2nd Q5 SLine Series. WOW!! All the bells and whistles. We didn't think Audi could improve on the model but they have. Every time we get into our new Q5 it becomes an outing because driving is now truly an experience we love. Our friends Ron, Marty and Megan are an amazing team who always go the extra mile to exceed our expectations! You guys ROCK! Thank you.

Marty Newman greeted my wife and I with a warm smile and firm handshake, obviously willing to work with us to achieve our goal of purchasing a "special" Audi convertible that we had seen on the Braman Audi lot. Working with us from start to finish, he was knowledgeable about all aspects of the purchasing process, from working with us on price, finding an acceptable financing formula that we were comfortable with, understanding and answering our questions about vehicle maintenance, explaining in detail but in an easily understandable manner the many specific features of the Audi we were purchasing. Our test drive experience, including both myself and my wife, included a wide variety of driving environments so we both would feel comfortable with the Audi's capabilities. He went the "extra mile" in facilitating the "paperwork" of purchasing, staying beyond his normal working hours in an unhurried, but efficient manner to explain and expedite the process. Coming from Connecticut he facilitated our need to have the Audi shipped home, taking the time and making the extra effort to accompany us to the vehicle shipping firm, to make sure we felt comfortable that our vehicle would be cared for as if it was his own. Both my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with Marty and the whole Braman team. Professional, friendly, easy to work with, and thoroughly knowledgable about the product they are selling, one can't help but be impressed.

I worked with Martin when I bought my last 2 Audis and was always pleased with the professional, knowledgeable and courteous manner in which he dealt with me. My wife is also a participant in the buying process and we both agree that Marty is the best salesman we have ever worked with!
