Depending on your salesperson, could be a hit or miss experience. Made all the difference once we got a new agent on our case. Appreciated that though miscommunication occurred, dealership was able to co experience. Made all the difference once we got a new agent on our case. Mary, Patrick, and Kevin were all wonderful and helpful from the beginning all the way until the end. I’m not sure why Dutchess county dealers in general seem to be below average. This was my first visit since covid. I knew they were marking up their new cars insanely high, but some of their used cars seemed ok. I find one like and they gave me the numbers and I was like xxx this doesn’t add up. SURPRISE THEY ARE ADDING A 1400$ “protection” package to all used cars! And they won’t remove it! The best I could do was get it down to 900$ so now that makes my trade worth 900$ less in reality. So when factoring that in they were offering me about 2000$ less for my car than most dealers. They would not budge and this lost them the sale. Not as bad as some dealers around here. But their prices are def horrible. More

Not one of you shook my hand the day i picked my car up. , I know your dealership closes at 5, i was reminded by no less than 4 employees upon entering. at 4:40..after driving 6 hours to get to you. I wa , I know your dealership closes at 5, i was reminded by no less than 4 employees upon entering. at 4:40..after driving 6 hours to get to you. I was courteous and updated you the entire drive time so you could have prepared yourselves to work an extra 10 minutes....in actuality your sales guy was there until 5:05..only an extra 5 minutes! - it was his mothers birthday, i know...interestingly at various times in the discussioni when asked to do things like, discuss warranties or about the registration process, i was told it was also the finance guy's and the GM's mother's birthdays...subtle. No one ever even showed me the car! I was handed the keys during the signing, and then the door locked behind me when I left, all lights shut off. I had to go return a rental car 45 minutes away, take an uber back to the dealership and find my new car on the lot by pressing the alarm button on the fob. Having purchased the car via the web..this was the first time i ever actually saw the car in person! Th registration process took 3 weeks to accomplish even though you knew i was moving cross country and needed the vehicle inspected first. Then, when i offered to just go do it myself i was told they did not trust me to include the lien holder information on the title app..effectively calling me a liar or a thief who would commit fraud. No, instead i had to put up with daily lies and avoidance scams by your team until you figured out how to get me the plates i was told you could do in. house. Not surprising, now in a new state i learn ALL MY PAPERWORK I SIGNED IS NOT CORRECT! The lienholder on all the paperwork i have including the title request says the wrong lienholder info. So...where is my title? the RMV sends it to the lienholder...but i don't have an account with them. Who is my lienholder? What are my finance terms? Who forged my name to get the loan paperwork through? I certainly did not sign anything nor giver you the right to! The POA doc i signed was only to register the car..not sign me up for debt to purchase it. Do i even own my car? I've already put money into as your staff lied about its condition. And what bank do i put on the new state's title?...Am i late on my payments? But i'm a dick for asking such questions and expecting a sense of urgency to repair poor job performance by the staff. You screwed up fix it and fix it fast is how i operate...at this dealership it's more like "whatever, go away. you deal with it." In dealing with MULTIPLE lies, and half-truths from everyone at this dealership from the sales staff up to the GM, frustrated i dropped an F bomb and was then treated like i just exposed myself in the middle of the dealership floor. Like i was a pervert or a xxxxxxx because i used a word most 5th graders have uttered. However, i used the word quite fittingly then as i will use it again here... This dealership is a xxxxing joke.
