My Review of Proctor Honda:
I bought a Honda Accord from Proctor Hond last October, and couldn't be happier with that choice. It's a love to drive, and everything runs smoothly.I want to keep it that way, and took it in for service when I was notified it was time a couple of weeks ago. What a pleasant experience! The Proctor customer service rep was efficient and courteous. I was told what would be done and how much it would cost. The service was provided in a short time, and I was in and out with dispatch. Proctor service is great!

My Review of Proctor Honda:
In general, my experience with Proctor Honda was very good. Mary Smith was very helpful with getting me the car I need (and the car is perfect for me), given my very limited resources. There were a few missteps, however, that led me not to give a perfect score. I was going to take the car to my mechanic for him to check it over, and was told that it would be taken while I was in class. The car was not taken until just after class. I was told that the car would be gassed up by the time I came to get it, and it was not. I was told that I would get my license plate at the DMV, but it turned out that I was supposed to get it from the dealer.

My circumstances did not make it easy, and limited my options, and Mary Smith dealt with everything that I threw at her very deftly.

I really loved Mary she was great. She was great in everyway and she was great with my kids when i was doing the paper work. Answered any questions i had and helped service my new car. She was great. I do feel like her boss could have come down on price. Everyone is out to make money but still could have come down. But over all pretty good.

My Review of Proctor Honda:
This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Proctor Honda. I was very satisified with my treatment on the first sale. I was very pleased dealing with Mary and asked for a woman salesperson up front. All questions were answered honestly and there was bottom line pricing between us. Mary picked my new purchase up Monday, it was purchased Saturday, and took it back for detailing, and doing the accessories I had asked for.
Except the business of the day and the 6 hours it took, I was highly pleased.

My Review of Proctor Honda:
Mary Smith took her time with showng me both used and pre-owned cars. She was very patient, friendly, honest and made the experience pleasant. She was not at all high pressure and I felt like she listened to me and had my best interests in mind when helping me choose a reliable, efficient and affordable car. I was thankful that Bert Price helped me start the process and put me in touch with Mary to walk me through the final phases of this car purchase. All of the staff were hospitable and helpful - and the popcorn was warm and fresh!

I went in and needed a new vehicle but needed low payments. They give me a great deal for my trade and got me into a brand new honda! Mary smith was excellent, her and the team at proctor honda bent over backwards to help me. I love proctor honda! I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go see them because you will always be treated right and get a good deal!
