My Review of Hamer Toyota Scion:
Ms. Marylou Santiago and Mr. Nilo Ortiz made my buying experience much more wonderful than my previous one with another car dealership. Granted, I've only bought one other car before, but this experience definitely tops that. They've made everything simple, quick and, dare I say, fun! They were able to answer all my questions, explain everything in detail and help me get a deal that I couldn't just say 'no' to.

I especially liked the way they treat you as if you've known them forever. This is something that I don't think any other dealership inherently have, much less, care for. I definitely would be coming back here just because of Ms. Marylou and Mr. Nilo.

If I were to rate them from 1 to 5, I would, hands-down, give them a 10 (yeah, they're that great)! I would definitely recommend them to others.

Of all the dealerships I've ever gone to and cars purchases...this was by far the best experience and price satisfaction I've ever come across.

Buying a car is so stressful as it is but with Marilou, Reno and Matt really taking care of me I left the Hamer with a Prius IV not feeling taken advantage of. They were not overly pushy and very easy to work with. My parents came with me and the way they treated them was so respectful, it made me appreciate their service more. I will recommend this dealership, and especially this team, for anyone I know who want to buy a Toyota.

Love this gang! They are fun and EASY to work with. Ernie is super smart and just fun to work with. He tells it like it is. Reno is just an awesome knowledgable really nice guy. Never any issues. I came to the dealership fully aware that I have a bad credit score. At first, I was shooting for cars that are beyond what my CS could allow! Marylou, Matt and the team worked out a feasible offer making sure that after the process, I shall not go home empty handed. As a result, I was informed of possibly getting a 2010 Toyota Corolla S model.
On the final day of the negotiation, I was given the great surprise of getting the 2011 TCS model!!!Highly commendable also is the return of my cellphone I left in one of the cars I test-drive.
Finally, I could say that my experience with Hamer Toyota has been greatly successful! I am grateful to being helped with people who are efficient, effective and honest!

when we went to hamer toyota we were greeted by mary lou with a great big smile and a very upbeat personality. she showed us the truck we asked about and answered all the questions with out any hesitation. she was with us the whole time and made sure we understood everything that was going on. finance was a breeze no hassel at all and the truck was ready very quickly. and the dealership was very clean and well organized with all the info we needed to make our decision. we will be back.
