These guys were friendly, patient, knowledgable and straightforward. Tino Genuinely wanted to find the best fit for me and ultimately helped me to do just that. Chris was diligent in getting me financed, and Matt was quick and efficient with getting the deal signed.

My Review Of Duval Ford:

I went to other dealerships in the area but the service at Duval Ford was very good. The staff was pleasant, helpful, and friendly. They were also very patient in trying to help me find the best car I could get for my price range. Overall, I was highly satisfied with my trip to this dealership and I love my brand new ford fiesta!

My Review Of Duval Ford:

Let me tell you I had the BEST time today! Joe was so awesome! He took so much time with us I felt like I was at home. He answered every question and made us laugh the whole time. Antonio was just as great. He remembered us from the last car we got from you guys. He met us at the door to shake my hand and had the best attitude. Then we met Vincent wow talk about feeling like family. I feel like I have known him forever now. Finally it was time for the dreaded paper work and that’s where Mathew came in. It was a breeze. He made everything so easy and explained it all.
If there is anyone looking for a new car I would not tell you to go anywhere else other than Duval Ford. But to get the Full Effect you need all of my guys. Joe, Vincent, Mathew, and Antonio all make you feel like you were sitting around your dinner table enjoying your day while still handling business. Thanks Duval Ford for having such wonderful team members!

My Review Of Duval Ford:

I live in Savannah, GA. It is about two and a half hours away from this dealership. There are about 40 dealerships locally and probably hundreds between us. i found the Jeep i was looking for on Cars.com and it was a Jeep Wrangler X located at Duval Ford. i had been talking to several dealerships prior to calling Duval. When i called a Jim Brown. It was refreshing to hear a car salesman not pull the ole "just come on in" or "i cant really tell you anything until you get here" tricks. Being a buyer from several hours away, Jim actually encouraged me to NOT drive down until we had something in writing from them because he did not want me to waste my time or money. We managed to handle everything via email and phone. This was shocking! Well, the Jeep i wanted to buy from Duval was priced a tad out of my budget, but very competitive with the rest of the market. That is when Jim explained to me Duval's pricing system. Sometimes prices go up a little, sometimes they go down a little. They actually price thier cars based on daily market value, instead of putting some ridiculously high number on there just "negociate" down if the buyer is smart enough to do so and if not the buyer gets ripped. I felt from the very second he picked up the phone that he had MY best interest in mind. it almost seemed as if he was my agent or attorney fighting for me to the dealership not the other way around. Nonetheless, i could not afford the Jeep. i went on to look at other dealers and just felt like i was being taken for a loop. i received a email from Jim saying my Jeep of interest was down in price a bit, but still beyond the thresholds of my budget. Four weeks passed and i received a personal phone call from Jim saying that the Jeep i wanted was actually at a point to where i could purchase it and stay in my budget. If i was still in the market, we should talk. Jim was professional, funny, and made the car buying experience an absolute pleasure. Needless to say, Jim (keeping his word) emailed me a complete Purchase Agreement with a signature and promised if i made the journey South nothing would change. I drove down Saturday, test drove the Jeep, handed him the deal that was emailed and the only one thing changed. You see, after i had hung up the phone with Jim late Friday night after agreeing on an interest rate and price, something funny happened. When i got to the dealership to sign the papers, the interest rate was not correct.......it was lower!!! Apparently, Jim and the staff at Duval Ford went to bat with the banks, while i was driving to Jacksonville that morning still trying to get me a better deal even though we had already agreed on a deal. And they did! I promise, it is in anybody's best interest to deal with these folks. Going foward, i will call Jim and Duval Ford for any vehicle related purchases in the future. The five hour round trip is an insignificant inconvenience compared to the treatment you get when dealing with these guys. As a matter of fact, i will be driving back down there soon to purchase new rims for my wife's Expedition Limited rather than staying in town to buy. Thank you Duval Ford for all that you do!

My Review Of Duval Ford:

First off, allow me to say that I am NOT the type of person that writes online reviews. Reviews are usually written by people that are upset, and looking to do damage. Sometimes I say I will when I am very happy (or disappointed) in a product, but typically I never make the time to do so. With that said, my experience with Duval Ford in Jacksonville was so fantastic that I woke up this morning (and drove to work in my beautiful new truck) and immediately felt compelled to sit down and write this review...so here we are.

My sales experience began with the Internet Sales Manager Brian Harvey. Without going into detail, I certainly had a bit of a "challenging" trade and credit, and he made me feel just like I was a customer paying cash. I also explained that we were an hour and a half away, and that I would request he do everything either over the phone, or preferably by text, which is exactly what he did. His answers were extremely responsive, and always positive and courteous. After a day of going back and forth, Brian had an emergency, and had to leave the early...want to know how I know this? Because Duval's sales team did not drop the ball AT ALL, rather they picked up the phone and called me to explain the situation (apologize) and continue working the deal seamlessly. Incredible!

From there, I worked with Malcom, who did some more research for me, and finalized an offer. At the time, I was unsure as to whether it would be my best option (needed to do some shopping) so he let me off the phone with absolutely no guilt trip or hassle.

The next day, I went to do so comparison shopping at a different dealer. To compare apples to apples, I called a dealer in Georgia, and asked them to do everything via text and phone as well. They agreed. After going through the motions, the gentlemen on the phone at "Dealer B" told me he would work the numbers and call me back. It is also worthwhile to mention that "Dealer B" actually had a newer and fancier vehicle in stock, and had every advantage in the world to sell me...I would (and planned my day around) going up there to purchase from them. The salesman said he would know in 30 minutes. It took 4 hours for him to return my phone call, and when he came back he still had no information, and apologized saying he got "Tied Up". He then told me to give him another 30 minutes, and never called me back at all. In the meantime, a gentleman from Duval called just to ask if there was anything else they could do for me.

I decided the next morning to call Duval back, if nothing else, to thank everyone for their excellent customer service. When I did, I asked for Dustin, because I thought that was who had called me back the night before. Turns out it wasn't, but either way, Dustin wasn't in yet, so the receptionist got him on his Cell phone. He was driving, but rather than call me back later, pulled over to the side of the road and took my information down. It was at this point that I felt Duval wanted my business bad enough to warrant the trip over. Upon arrival a cheerful (albeit freezing cold) receptionist met us in the parking lot. Not a pushy salesperson, simply a receptionist asking if we would like to see anyone in particular. Like a hostess at a restaurant. Nice touch!

From there, we were immediately greeted by Dustin, who introduced himself to myself and my wife, and immediately complimented me on my trade vehicle. (Other salespeople listen up...that is a FANTASTIC tactic...a person trading in the vehicle that they have had forever is typically somewhat emotional...they have an attachment to this car...so compliment something about it to make them feel better!!...) Nice job Dustin!

We went through and extremely fast and easy sales process. They already had all my financial information ready, and we literally went for a test drive, and did paperwork. And let me say this also...my wife is a finance major. She understands business finance. She wrote down an interest rate, and a payment based on what they said over the phone. They're sheet and hers matched exactly. They are truly a no-nonsense experience. I won't even go into how good the deal on the vehicle was in the first place. It literally was the rock-bottom no haggle price (and I have done a bunch of research).

I am a firm believer in treating customers right, and looking at your current position (no matter what it is) as a profession, which is how I handle my own career. Thanks to a fantastic staff (and obviously a management that understand what today and tomorrow's business practices look like) my customer experience was fantastic, and I will be returning for future purchases.

Thanks to Dustin, Brian, Malcom, and the excellent receptionist team who answered my many phone calls. It was a pleasure to purchase from such a novel business practice.

My Review Of Duval Ford:

I had the best buying experiance ever at Duval Ford. Larry Beverly was not only very friendly but he was the only salesman I have ever dealt with that didn't play the game. I told him what I needed and he got it done and he got it done fast! He was curtious, knowledgeable and honest and I had the same experiance with Mathew Tudor. I have never felt better about buying a vehicle. I would definately recommend Duval Ford!

This dealership is awesome,reminds me of the old days where you go to make your purchase and they earn your trust in every step of the process.I dealt with Matt in finance and Warren in sales,these two gentlemen worked as a team to get me back in to a ford ranger.Warren even came in on is day off to complete deal.I love the MVP pricing concept,it takes a lot of stress out of the experience and ensures the consumer a competitive price on their purchase.I would highly recommend giving them a opportunity to earn your business !!!

My Review Of Duval Ford:

Duval Ford was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Their process is quick, easy, and more than fair. I would recommend their no-haggle pricing to anybody. Tino was knowledgeable and professional, and kept me in the loop at all times. The finance department had my paperwork ready in a matter of minutes and they even got me a better rate than I thought I qualified for. If you're tired of getting hassled at other dealerships I suggest you try Duval. They're easily the best Ford Dealership in town, and I've been to them all.
