Matt Bokeno at Jeff Wyler Honda of Colerain

I have been going to Jeff Wyler Honda Colerain for several years to have my 2002 Honda Accord serviced and have been extremely pleased with the service that I have received. About 4 weeks ago I decided to go to Jeff Wyler on a Sunday to look at possibly buying a new car. The showroom was very busy as there were many people there for the Spring sale. I was approached by Matt Bokeno and he asked if there was anything that he could help me with. I told him that I was just looking around and thinking about buying a new car, but had no plans on purchasing one right away. He said that he would be happy to help me. I was somewhat guarded and told him that if he could get one of the many people there that were looking to purchase a new car then he better hook up with one of them. He told me that he was in no hurry and stayed with me. I know that I am not the easiest person to deal with as I refuse to be hurried into buying anything! Matt took his time and was very patient with me. I test drove the Honda Civic EX and was very pleased with the test drive. Matt took his time explaining everything to me and worked with me to see what kind of deal I could get. I was not amused by the GM so I left without getting the car.

I went back a couple of days later as Matt had been so helpful that I told him I would purchase a car IF I could work directly with him. Matt made that happen and I bought my 2013 Honda Civic EX from him. I was then introduced to Sean David who helped me with the financing and I felt very comfortable working with him. Thank you Sean for a good experience!

If it hadn't been for Matt, I never would have bought my new car here. He is very friendly and I really feel that he really does care about the customer! He has followed up with me a couple of times to make sure that everything was going well with my new car. I would highly recommend Matt Bokeno if you are looking for someone that will help you without being pushy or obtrusive! Thank you Matt! I hope that you are still around when I buy my next car!

Matt approached us (my dad and I) with a grin and a handshake as soon as we stepped out of our car, before we even made it into the dealership doors. We told him what I was looking for; a reliable car that would fit a college student's budget. He was extremely amiable in our price negotiation, very knowledgeable about the products and what they did and didn't have available, and quite eager to help us on our decision-making. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience car shopping at this dealership with Matt.

I came to Jeff Wyler Colerain Monday morning primarily to get the numbers on a new Honda Accord -- because of the TV ads about the lease deals available on the Accord. I had owned an Accord several years ago and it was the best auto I had ever owned before or since. The sales person I was scheduled to meet with wasn't able to meet with me, but asked Mohsen Safaie to meet with me. Suffice it to say that "Mo" did a superb job of putting together a deal that met all my needs and I went ahead and purchased the car. The follow up -- processing of necessary paper work -- was handled quickly and efficiently by Sean David and Mo and the team responsible for getting the car physically ready for delivery. I was also impressed with the provisions the dealership has made for the comfort of customers while they are waiting for repairs or whatever. Altogether, I was quite pleased with the sales service I received and while I don't expect to see you that often for vehicle service -- Accord has an excellent reliability record -- I am confident that when the car does need service, that department will be as satisfactory as the sales department.

We worked with the internet team and it went very well. Jeff Wyler on Colerain does a great job of following up and doing what they say they will do. Our salesman Tom Jones answered all our many questions. He got back to us very quickly. They delived all they said they would. My wife and I are very thrilled with out new CR-V and the Jeff Wyler internet team. Thanks to Tom Jones and his teammates. We rate Jeff Wyler on Colerain a 10 out of 10.

I would highly recommend you consider purchasing a new vehicle from this dealer. They are true professionals who stand behind their word. I was an internet buyer who contacted every Honda dealer in the State of Ohio. Matthew Bokeno was one of the few car sales people in the state who understands how to work with an internet buyer. His attention to detail is 2nd to none. We got our purchase started with him, but we met and worked with several Jeff Wyler employees when we went to pick up our new vehicle. They were all very good to work with.

I live in Columbus and travelled to Cincy to work with this dealer. If you live in the greater Cincy area, do not buy a new Honda without contacting this dealer.

Funny thing I had papers signed, deposit down and thought I would be driving a Nissan Cube from Wyler Fairfield Store but after a week past and not hearing anything from the salesman I called and found out that they couldn't get the vehicle I thought I purchased, even though they were aware of it for a week. So the hunt was on again for a new vehicle. I submitted a request for a quote through the internet on a Honda Fit from several dealers and within minutes I received a phone call from Matt Bokeno of Wyler Colerain Honda. Boy was I luckey after talking with Matt I knew he was the one I was going to buy a car from. I got my deposit back from the Wyler Fairfield Store and headed straight to Wyler Honda of Colerain and met Matt. Matt isn't the typical car salesman you usually have to deal with, he is so out going and does what he tells you and takes pride in his job. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a Honda it would be your worth while to stop by and look up Matt Bokeno and give him a shot as you will be like me glad that you did. By the way I am glad the other deal fell through as I wouldn't have met Matt or gotten the deal I did and I have bought nothing but Nissans in the past. Also I am not related to Matt or had any connections with him before, he is just a very personalable person to work with in buying a car.

Matt was very patient and helpful in helping me make my decision to buy new or used. He was very knowledgeable about the Honda Civic, safety features, mpg, etc. He pulled up some of the used cars on the computer to help me see I was making a good choice to buy new, since the prices were so close. The whole process took quite awhile,but no one made me feel rushed in the process. Thank you, Matt. I have already told my friends they need to look you up when they need a car.

Past experiences related to car purchases have been less than enjoyable! We did all initial research this time via the internet team at Wyler which was efficient and painless. When it came time to actually come to test drive the Honda Civic and work out the final deal, the process was super easy. Our salesperson, Matthew Bokeno, answered the questions we had and was very knowledgable about every aspect of the car and leasing agreement. There was no haggling over the price since this had previouisly been worked out via e-mail and telephone conversations. Without a doubt, he will be who I contact when I am ready to buy my own new car next year!
