Excellent purchasing experience, the sale team (Jeromy, Matt) were a joy to work with putting up with my decision making, very knowledge about the vehicle. I ordered my vehicle to my specifications and Papas was able to deliver it in record time.

On 4/11/13 I went to Papa's in search of my first new vehicle. I made an appointment and met with Garry Cwikla. Garry could not have been more helpful. He was outgoing, passionate, and probably the most down to earth individual I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Garry spent nearly five hours working with me on getting the exact vehicle I intended on purchasing. Garry as well as Matt Campagna did everything they could to ensure I received the best customer service possible. I truly believe these individuals went above and beyond.

Garry was extremely knowledgable in all the specs for the vehicle options that I was exploring. Even something as minute as the color of the vehicle Garry was able to give me the complete pro's and con's. On top of that, Garry worked hard in ensuring that I got everything I needed for the money I was about to spend. Without the help of Garry I do not believe my first experience in buying a vehicle would have ever gone that perfect.

I would also like to add, that during my time in the financial office with Jeff Juaire I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism he portrayed. Jeff conversed with me like a regular "joe" and made me feel comfortable. He worked hard in making sure that I was given a multitude of options for financing. He continued working with me by explaining all the packages and the benefits to each one, allowing me to make an easy informed decision. I thank Jeff for the work he did on my behalf.

In all, my experience with Papa's Dodge never had a single negative moment. Not only Garry, Matt, and Jeff, but the entire staff was friendly. In fact I even met Dom Papa who thanked me for my business. But most importantly the major thank you goes to Garry and Matt for all they did. Once again Thank you and I guarantee you, I'll be back for more business.

Jeromy and the entire sales staff were excellent.
They were extremely professional tyhroughout the entire buying process.
They explained every aspect of our deal including vehicle features, options,maintenance packages,etc...
Everyone made sure we were comfortable while during the sale and offered us drinks, water,coffe, etc...
Jeromy and the staff were very honest and fair about our trade in without attempting any of the tricks or hidden fees that you hear about at other dealerships.
From the time that I originally contacted Papa's and was contacted by Jeromy till we drove out of the dealership lot with our new wrangler unlimited, it was a great experience.
We even witnessed our salesman, Jeromy personally inspecting our jeep before we left and ten making sure that we understood the owner's manual's features, upcoming appointments,etc...
This is another reason to deal with an established, recommended dealership like Papa's.
My Wife and I will definetly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

This dealership is absolutely amazing!!! I was recommended by a friend and could not have been more pleased with my experience!! As soon as I walked through the doors, I felt very comfortable. Buying a car can be very intimidating, but this car dealership put my mind at ease. Garry, the sales associate was FANTASTIC!!!! He could not have been more nice, informative, and patient. He treated me as if I was his own family. I will be recommending him and this dealership to everyone!!! I am so appreciative for his help. Matt and Ed were also very friendsly and helpful! The best part was the new car I drove away with!!

I went to papas dodge for a new Jeep..Matt & Garry helped me find the exact one I wanted..Matt went out of his way to search other dealerships for my exact vehicle..while Garry stayed until 8 p.m. to hand over the car..these guys helped me in every way possible..they gave me the best deal for my trade-in along w/ the purchase of my new wrangler..these guys are the real deal..best customer service I have ever had..thanks again guys

I have been driving for 42 years and have purchased many cars over the years. I found Steve Lewis to be very honest and straightforward. No gimics, no games. This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a car at a dealership. I also found Matt Campangna and Jeff Juaire very accommodating when we were completing the transaction. If Papa's have a vehicle you're looking for, shop around,get your best deal and then go there last. You won't be disappointed. They are there to sell cars, not play games. We’d like to thank everyone especially Matt and Garry for helping us go through the process of purchasing our 4th Jeep from Papa’s. We bought our first Jeep in 1995 and and we still see some of the same faces at Papas.

When my wife and I arrived at our scheduled appointment with Gary, we were surprised to be greeted by Matt (Sales Manager). After introducing himself and making us feel comfortable, Matt sat with us and explained in detail exactly what to expect concerning pricing and making sure we understood the process totally. My wife and I thought this was above and beyond the duties of your everyday Sales Manager which in most cases is someone in a dark room that makes all the decisions but no one ever sees.

Gary (Sales Associate), then eased us through the process of purchasing our new Jeep with absolutely no pressure and also made sure all of our questions were answered. We purchased our new Jeep that same day.

When our new vehicle came in, Gary was there to go over in detail inside and out all of the new features of our 2012 Jeep. Thank you again Gary!

Bill Reudgen (Sales Associate) also went out of his way to help get our cell phones connected with Uconnect. Thanks for spending time with us Bill...you are definitely the guy to see with any technical questions.

All of Papa’s staff are honest and knowledgeable. We can’t thank everyone enough for our great experience.

Of course the most important thing is my wife is loving her new Jeep and is getting compliments daily...the Brilliant Black Crystal Pearl Coat is definitely an eye catcher.

Thanks again to all the staff at Papa’s not forgetting Augie De La Noval in the service department. Augi wrote my first service order in 1995 and knows first hand how much care I give all my vehicles. Augie was very much part of why I got top value for my trade in. We had a very good experience at Papas. The delaership itself felt like a little quant town!! If a saleman was not available eveyone helped eachother out so no-one had to wait. we bought 2 cars,..a used one and a brand new one and I feel the price given was very reasonable. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Bill,..Garry,..mathh and Papa's to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
