My Review of Albany Dodge Inc:
I began to shop at Albany Dodge just to look. From the begining I was directed to to my sales consultant Matt Dyer. Matt informed me that the vehicle i was interested in was about to lose an incentive. Matt took the time to educate me on the vehicle and was never pressured to make the sale due to the time constraints. Matt worked pass his scheduled time and we both hammered out an agreement that I and the dealership was happy with. Upon delivery my vehicle was delivered on time and with the added options that I had asked for. Annette had made sure the aftermarket items had been installed as asked. i could have not asked for an easier purchase of a vehicle

Matt Dyer was a good salesperson and was not pushy. He didn't get frustrated when i told him I didn't really want a Ram but wanted to do my due dilligence. I also test drove trucks on two different days and came back 3 times. Overall i had a good expereince and everyone was very friendly and not pushy.

With the disappearance of numerous Dodge/ Chrysler dealerships from the Capital District area, it is nice to see that Albany Dodge continues to satisfy customers with great service and a huge inventory of new vehicles, even with the increased demand created by the decrease in the number of local dealers.
Glad I went to Albany Dodge.

My experience with Matt and Tyson was very enjoyable. I feel I got a pretty good deal and a very nice Ram 1500. I did not go there looking for a vechicle only to look and past the time because I had a very nice 2008 dodge Ram 1500 that I liked very much. Matt did not pressure me at all. The truck sold itself, all Matt and Tyson had to do was the paperwork and they did an excellent job at that.
Had a small problem with the dealership higherups but Matt and Tyson resolved it and I am a happy owner of my 5th Dodge Ram. I would most likely go back when its time for a new one.

When i arrived at alb. dodge it was just to look at p/u.Shorty after MATT greeted me with a smile and hand shake.I told him i was just looking.One thing lead to another.He talked me to takeing a test ride.before we left his run down of the ram 1500 was outstanding.Once i took out the truck i was sold great job Matt.Then there was sales manager Tyson a very easy going guy.I can honestly say was the most fun i have had buying at truck or car.And i have bought my share.Tyson made me feel like i got the best of the deal.I dont know about that but i had a good time.its the first dodge i have ever bought new.great truck thanks Jerry lyman

I've bought 4 dodge rams and the deals are great as well as the overal experience. Everybody is always fair giving you top dollar where they care and cutting you the best deals on other stuff. I would highly recommend this dealership. As far as a business owner, business link is a great add to the already good service.

My Review of Albany Dodge Inc:
Mathew J Dyer and Tyson Mannix of Albany Dodge have without a question surpassed any dealer staff that I have ever encountered. I have purchased 17 new vehicles to date, 6 of them Ram trucks and the DEAL these guys put together was unbelievable. Dam near impossible but they pulled it off. When they say if we can get you ....do we have a deal? They mean it. No matter what! If I said how good the deal was they would probabally delete my review. I have never been more satisfied with a new vehicle purchase and would reccomend you go see Matt and Tyson push for the impossible and watch those guys make it happen.
