My Review of Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion :
Walked in and shared with David what I needed and how fast. Might have been a bit challenging, but David arranged for all I requested (price, color, trade-in etc) as needed, no problem, no drama, no surprises. Then, he helped out with setting up the radio controls and understanding the features my new Camry. The car looked great when leaving the shop. I could not be more satisfied.

Matt was also very professional, helpful and timely. Again, 5/5.

Mr Lancaster, you have a solid operation I will be back when I need my next new Toyota.

Prior to ordering my 2012 Toyota RAV4, Mike did an excellent job answering all of the questions I had. On the day that I ordered the RAV4, both Mike and Matt were very helpful explaining the loan process and approximately when the vehicle would come in. Finally, when the vehicle arrived, both Mike and Matt were very cordial and helped me feel comfortable with the vehicle (and understand the loan papers I was signing). I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

My Review of Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion :
This was are first time ever to this dealership and third time buying a car from a dealership. It was by far a great experience and happy to have choosen this place. Our previous dealership was at Zimbrick and it was not as warming or great customer satisfaction as Jon Lancaster Toyota.
The people here greeted us and made it welcoming. Trevor our "guide", I say was a huge success to have him helped pick the car we wanted. He pretty much told us and asked us everything we needed or wanted in an economy car with gas saving and still have that cool sporty look with it. We came in the first day unsure if we would even find the car or think of getting a car here but in the end it was great because we ended up deciding and finding the car that really fit both me and my girlfriends choices.
You know when you find a car you would think the easy part is over and the hard part begins with all those paper signing. Here, it was like no sweat with the help of Trevor working this out and Matt a very great help in finding us a provider and meeting our satisfaction which they did very well indeed. Again I just want to thank Trevor and Matt for helping us find our brand new car. I highly recommed anyone and everyone to shop for car there cause I know i'll be back for another and have already suggested my brother to speak to Trevor before going anywhere else.

Billy sat down with us and listened to what we we were looking for in a vehicle, the price & financing. He a was NOT pushy and let us have our space. We came to an agreement very easily on my trade-in and the price of the new car. We had a considerable amount to put down on the new car and wanted the 1.9% financing. We knew that my credit history wasn't great, but we knew that we were paying for half the car upfront. Still a tough task to pull off. Matt pulled through for us. He worked hard and we spent a few hours waiting for the credit to be approved at 1.9%. Matt made it happen! I couldn't have gotten this car without the teamwork of Billy and Matt!!! My Review of Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion :
We started our search for a new Toyota ( V6Rav 4) via the internet quote process. Shawn Stittleburg was one of the people who responded and he worked hard for our business. The internet can be impersonal but Shawn worked with us on our needs via RFQ, email, and phone. Over time, it was clear that he was focused on our needs vs. trying to sell us something. We arranged an agreement via distance methods due to the positive relationship established. He is a good communicator, persistent, knowledgable and respectful. He provided good honest suggestions along the way and many of his suggestions were related to conversations with my wife early in the process; these suggestions were not financially beneficial from the sales side, but better met our true needs. He also balanced working with two people throughout the process. I started the process via the internet but was then gone on business. The middle stage was working with my wife where they found a vehicle and price in which they agreed. Then my wife was gone on travel and I ended up finalizing the deal and picking up the vehicle. Throughout the process Shawn effectively worked with both of us and again was very understanding of the changes along the way. Personally, I really appreciated how respectfully he worked with my wife during the process - that is not common in the industry.
When I went to pick up the vehicle, Shawn was simply a very nice guy. He was positive, customer focused, detail-oriented, respectful to my college age daughter, and interested in ensuring we were fully satisfied. He was honestly disappointed that he couldn't meet both my wife and I since he had worked with both of us in the process. The dealership is 2.5 hrs. from our home, but we hope to stop by sometime so that both of us can thank him again.
I also had an excellent experience with Matt Schnell, who handled the financial side of the transaction. He was also very customer focused, efficient, knowledgable and pleasant.

If you are looking for a Toyota vehicle in the upper Midwest, I would recommend you get in touch with Shawn at Jon Lancaster Toyota in Madison, WI. He will work hard to meet your needs, provide excellent service, and a very fair price. The entire dealership is run very professionally and is a great buying experience.

I would highly recommend this dealership for several reasons. One reason is that I believe I got a great deal. The price was good and I received a reasonable trade in value for my Jetta. Second, the sales person, David Fosco, was great to work with. He was very informative and no high pressure sales. Furthermore, the financial Services Manager, Matt Schnell, was also great to work with. My whole experience at Jon Lancaster was great and I would definately return to purchase another vehicle and recommend them to others.
