What an OUTSTANDING Dealership !!! - I counldn't be Happier with the entire experience. I found Jonathan Barfield to be extremely knowledgable, friendly and responsive in the purchase of my new Titan! The Nissan Dealers in St. Louis that I visited, lacked Professionalism and a Real Desire to even try to sell a new truck! Coming to Columbia, MO was the Best thing I could have done and the worst thing I did was wasting my time trying to get St. Louis Nissan dealers to give me a price! Across the board, this was by far the BEST Buying Experience I had ever had and I have purchased a lot of vehicles in the past! My Greatest Thanks to a Wonderful Dealership Staff at Joe Machens Nissan that includes Jonathan, Mr. Dy, Mr. Jacaway and Mr. Stein. This is a REAL FRIENDLY place to GO !!!!!!!!

Very friendly, low-pressure sales (the product did the selling) We are looking forward to taking a trip in our new Altima. We looked at several other cars, but the Altima won me over.

My Review Of Joe Machens Nissan:

I bought my 2010 Titan from these guys last year. Love my truck and got a fantastic deal on it. Since, I've been bringing my truck and my 2008 Nissan Xterra to them for maintenance. I've never had maintenance done at a dealership before (never trusted them to be honest), but I feel like I can trust these guys and would rather have them work on my cars than anyone else in town. Great job guys. I'm a Machens customer for life at this point.

My Review Of Joe Machens Nissan:

I drive over 50 miles to reach this dealer. This was my 2nd time in 10 months. I do have 2 other dealers closer. Al West in Rolla that I hope folds and then the new one in Jefferson City. I will drive to get better service and sellers who treat you with respect. Joe Machens is outstanding and well worth the drive. Trust me! You get what you pay for and why not get both great price and service with Joe Machens Nissan. Take the time and the drive you will not be sorry!!!
