I was afraid that I was going to get ripped off as it was my first time getting a car, but I feel completely comfortable and happy with my decision and the price. I SHOPPED AROUND AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS AND FOUND DAMBROSIO AND MATT TO BE THE EASIEST TO DEAL WITH - MOST RECEPTIVE TO MY NEEDS AND INTERSTED IN SEEING THAT I PURCHASED A CAR THAT I WOULD BE HAPPY WITH. ALL THE PAPERWORK WAS DONE WHEN I RETURNED TO PICK UP THE CAR SO I DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT EVEN MINUTES TO FINISH.

I was immediately helped by the staff and was shown the exact vehicle I wanted. The price was fantastic and I didn't feel like I was being pushed. That's my big thing when buying anything, I do not want to feel any pressure - which can be common when you go to buy a vehicle. That's not the case with Jeff D'Ambrosio's. You are treated like a person, not just a sale. Even after the transaction is complete, you always feel important when you call for any reason. Thanks guys!

VERY NICE DEALERSHIP, FRIENDLY SERVICE AND WAS COMPETITIVE IN PRICING THEIR VEHICLES. VERY NICE CAR DETAILING AND DELIVERY. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM. DISCONNECTED, MAIN NUMBER GAVE ME THE SERVICE DEPT THEN DISCONNECTED. NEVER RETURNED CALLS OR MESSAGES LEFT ON VOICE MAIL. I AM AFRAID THAT SOME POTENTIALL CUSTOMERS MAY BE DISCOURAGED AND GO ELSEWHERE TO PURCHASE.

I located this dealer via AAA while searching for a used car for my college aged son. I was very anxious about purchasing a used car that was both affordable and reliable. (I am a single parent and my son attends college over 400 miles away from home - so this was a stressful process for me.) Matt was welcoming and worked diligently to make me feel comfortable by answering all of my questions about the 2005 Honda Civic that we were considering. He went so far as to allow me to keep the car for a few days prior to the final purchase, in order to have time to take the car to my mechanic for a look over. (I live an hour away from the dealership.) The car had a few scratches and a hole in the bumper that Matt promised to touch up - much to my surprise, the touch up included a whole new bumper! Talk about customer service!! My son flew up to pick up the car a few days later and happily drove it back to college the same day. He loves his new "awesome" car! Thank you to Matt and Lenny who made this stressful process enjoyable and relaxing. I will surely consider visiting D'ambrosio for future auto needs.
