Humberto and Carl provide me and my daughter very good and professional service. Especially Humberto. Very respectful. Both of them were able to socialize with my 21 year old daughter seamlessly who I was buying the car for. We felt comfortable especially my 21 year old. Both Carl and Humberto share their personal experience from the past. I am fully satisifed.

In the last four months, both my husband and I have purchased vehicles from Hamilton Honda. At both visits Dan Balling was our salesman and Matt Andrews helped us with the financing. We absolutely loved dealing with them. Both Dan and Matt were extremely professional, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. We both love our vehicles. They were exactly what we were looking for.

Since my husband's purchase a few monthes ago we have also recommended two of our closest friends to Hamilton Honda. They both purchased vehicles and had the same excellent experience. We will only shop at Hamilton Honda and definitely recommend everyone we know. We feel it is a great, honest environment where people can choose the perfect vehicle for them and be treated fairly.

Everything about the dealership impressed me. Everyone looked sharp and Ira was great. He was not pushy and really helped us figure things out. He stayed late two nights going over things with my parents and me. I was really grateful for that. He was extremely informative about all of the car features. We were also helped by Matt Andrews- easy to relate to and provided us with great information. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership.

My husband and I started out our car shopping day with the weariness of a task that we had come to think of as a necessary evil.With over 40 years of driving and automobile shopping experience each we were not looking forward to buying a new car.
Wow what a great turnaround in our expectations at the Honda dealership in Hamilton, New Jersey.From the moment we entered the facility to our interactions with our genuine, realistic and professional sales associate, Steve Seidner, to completion of the financial paperwork with very pleasant and capable Matt Andrews we experienced the joy that car shopping should be.
This is our second Honda purchase so we obviously value the brand and now this dealership has earned our loyalty.

I recently purchased a Honda Fit from Hamilton Honda. Usually I dread going to car lots because of the stalking salesmen and constant haggling. Hamilton Honda was a welcomed surprise. Our salesman was Patrick Sullivan. He was informative and attentive without being overbearing or pressuring. I told him exactly what I needed my payment to be and he was able to work with me to achieve my goal without going through the usual game of back and forth negotiations. Hamilton Honda itself was very impressive from their free oil changes for life of the car, to waiting area, which had a great area for children while waiting for your car to be serviced or detailed. I definitely plan on continuing to purchase my vehicles from Hamilton Honda and Patrick Sullivan. I recommend asking for Patrick if you choose to try them out, you will be surprised by his down to earth, professional approach to car sales.

Last week my son and I purchased a 2012 CRV from Hamilton Honda. I have dealt with other Honda dealerships in the past for numerous purchases. This was my first time doing business with Hamilton Honda. I was impressed with the opportunity their website afforded me to not only check for a particular vehicle in their inventory but the prompt and professional response I received from Jen Alio regarding my inquiry. I followed up this inquiry with a visit to the dealership later that same day. I was greeted at the door and quickly introduced to Jen Alio who introduced me to saleman Humberto Salas. Humberto was courteous, friendly and professional. He actually listened to exactly what I was looking for. He provided me with a complete tour of the dealership and thoroughly explained all the advantages the dealership had to offer its customers. He then spent the time to have the exact vehicle I inquired about brought up so we could take it for a test ride. He took the time to explain in detail all of the changes the new Honda CRVs have incorporated into their vehicle. He covered every aspect of the vehicle and its operation. When I returned several days later with my son, Humberto again spent the time to cover every aspect of the dealership and the vehicle itself with my son directly. The financing portion of the deal was handled professionally and efficiently by Matt Andrews. When we completed the transaction one of the delaership managers Carl Thompson came out to introduce himself to both myself and my son and to verify everything was covered and handled in a professional manner and to our satisfaction. Needless to say I am extremely impressed with my entire experience with the dealership and its employees. I also must mention the price the dealership was able to provide for the vehicle was far better than other Honda delaers located in the area. The extras that the dealership includes with the vehicle are just additional reasons my experience was tremendous. I would not hesitate to highly recommend not only the dealership but specifically my saleman Humberto Salas. I look forward to my son utilizing all the extras the dealership has to offer and doing additional business with them in the future.

A friend referred me to Hamilton Honda and to Dan Balling specifically. Dan was patient, thorough, professional, kind, and made every effort to address my questions and specific needs. Dan demonstrated integrity and transparency in conversation about which car would best suit my needs. I purchased the vehicle and Matthew Andrews worked with me on the paperwork. Matthew's professionalism and kindness were also extraordinary. I would recommend Hamilton Honda to anyone based on my experience with Dan and Matthew.
