Hello! My name is Matt Carlson and I'm here to provide you with the best experience you've ever had. I have built great relationships with my guests over the years; putting the needs of every Guest first, and going that extra mile time and time again. As a Parts and Service Director for the dealership, I am always available for my team. I work hard to build a winning team that can help our dealership succeed. I have been a part of the auto industry for 28 years and joined Rallye BMW in 2006. In 2015, I won the Customer First Service award, two times. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, fishing, boating, soccer, and being with my family. So far, I have been to many countries around the word and 20 US states. Working with organizations that conduct cancer research is something I have done over the years. Soccer, hockey, and swimming are some of my favorite hobbies. I am a big fan of the automotive industry, and can't wait to provide you with an exceptional service experience!

I have been dealing with George Javier for a number of years now with multiple vehicles ,he goes out of his way to make the transaction move smoothly . This time was no different although there were a few years now with multiple vehicles ,he goes out of his way to make the transaction move smoothly . This time was no different although there were a few problems with my trade in that were my fault George went above and beyond to rectify the situation. He is also extremely knowledgeable about the cars he sells and helped us build an X5 for my wife that she is extremely happy with. We dealt with Victoria Sarocco to finalize the financing. She was a pleasure to deal with, informed me of all of my options, and was not pushy in any way . More

I received a message from my car that the oil was low. I needed to it change very shortly. I went to Rallye BMW in Westbury, and I asked him if they could fix it because I had to go to Vermont a couple da I needed to it change very shortly. I didn’t have an appointment, but they were still able to do it even though it was a busy week between Christmas and New Year’s. I Really appreciate their help. More
