Matthew Pollock at Carbiz

My overall experience was very good. Everyone I dealt with was very easy-going and the environment was low pressure. Matt and I had a little miscommunication about the price, but overall it was not a deal breaker. The follow ups and communication were exceptional and they met my expectations. The financing was much better than I could have received at a private lender. The only complaint I have is that they gave me the car with less than a quarter tank of gas which I was not too pleased about.

I had not purchased a new car in 10 years, so I was a little bit nervous about the whole process. After researching car dealerships in the DMV area, Carbiz piqued my interest with all of their great reviews.

I could not have asked for an easier experience. I felt zero pressure, and was amazed by such a friendly atmosphere. Everyone that helped me was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was shocked that I was actually able to get into the car I wanted with such a great price as well. Special thanks goes out to Sam for being my guide throughout this whole wonderful experience.

From the very start we had an awesome experience at Carbiz. We were greeted by Javier and after we told him what we needed he found two cars for us right away that we loved. We had planned to go to a few dealerships in the area but after we saw the quality of the vehicles and the price we knew we would only have to stop there. The hardest part of the day was choosing which car we wanted. The best part about my experience was that although we took the whole day to decide which one we wanted, we were never rushed unlike the other dealerships we had been to before. When Javier got another customer later in the day he passed us to his coworker Mathew Pollock who was just has friendly and understanding as Javier. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had and I will definitely recommend Carbiz to friends and family and will be back there when we are ready for our next car, Thank You Carbiz!

The experience overall was great. So far the best I've had buying a car. They weren't hesitant towards any concerns or questions I had and as soon as I suggested a flaw in the vehicle, they tossed it up on a lift and let me poke around and answered my concerns thoroughly.

I've purchased a few vehicles in my lifetime, and can honestly say that my experience with the Carbiz Representatives was the absolute best (without exaggeration)!!!

My first encounter was with Matt Pollock. I spoke to him over 3 months ago. We immediately hit it off. Although Carbiz didn't have the vehicle I was looking for, he promised to keep looking and that he'll contact me when he does. Oddly enough, I waited for him. I trusted him that much. He contacted me a month or so later, just to confirm that I was still in the market. I told I was. I felt like he was working for me, like really working to get me what I wanted.

Two months later, on Thursday, April 25th, Matt calls to tell me he thinks he's got it...the vehicle I've been longing for. I checked it out on line and EUREKA!!!! There it was, everything I asked for. Matt didn't miss a beat. I let him know that I'd see him on Saturday. I was anxious.

Although he was busy when I arrived, Danielle Miller was happy to assist. She, like Matt was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made me feel comfortable about both the vehicle and the purchase.

Typically, the purchasing process could be a long a tedious one. Not at Carbiz. Josh even added a little humor to the whole experience. At the end of the day, the Carbiz Team was able to offer me a competitive deal that I couldn't refuse. I am an extremely happy customer and feel lucky to have found Carbiz. Kudos Guys and Gals!!

I've already recommended them to a few of my friends!

We had the best experience purchasing a vehicle ever thanks to Carbiz. Matthew Pollock, hands down is phenomenal to work with. He worked patiently with us throughout the whole process. We never felt pressured or shoved against a corner to purchase the vehicle like other dealers would do. Carbiz is the prime example of what a car buying experience should be. I recently bought a 2010 Chrysler Town & Country from Carbiz. I utilized the website and worked with Mathew Pollock, Internet Sales Manager. Matt was a pleasure to work with and made the car buying experience positive and easy. Myron Boyd handled the paperwork aspect and even made that experience enjoyable and worry free. My expecting wife and I had been researching online and visiting various dealerships prior to Carbiz in search of a certified used Chevy Traverse. Already having two younger children, we were looking for a family friendly vehicle with a third row. We visited Carbiz this evening, just prior to closing, which we were totally oblivious to. We were pleasantly greeted by Stuart "Stu" and Matt. Even though their shifts were over, they were extremely attentive and gave us nothing less than superb customer service. Matt and Stu were very straight forward with pricing, accompanied us on a test drive, and even found us a lower interest rate than our credit union. Trading in our current vehicle was stress free. The environment was very relaxed with no upselling or pressuring sales people. We are happy to say that we came home tonight in our new vehicle.
