My Review of Bud Brown Volkswagen:
We recently worked with Bud Brown Volkswagen on the purchase of a new 2012 Passat. We had an excellent experience all-around. After driving many vehicles and talking to many sales people -- several of whom frankly weren't that knowledgeable about their product -- Max Harrell was a breath of fresh air. He took us on a test drive and gave us a very thorough demonstration of both the mechanics and the features of the car. He answered all of our questions and was very professional. From the test drive, to the negotiations, to the delivery of the car, everything went smoothly and quickly. And they were very proactive with several follow-ups by phone and email the very next day. We would definitely recommend Max Harrell and Bud Brown VW to anyone who is in the market for a Volkswagen.

Walked in cold and was met within 1 min. by a friendly face and warm handshake. The service provided by Max was outstanding. He knew the car well and provided a detailed test drive and example of how this car drives. I was sold in 5 minutes.

I feel I have found my new VW home at Bud Brown. Thanks for everyone making me feel so welcomed and valued.

I was treated very well. I started out looking for a car with a few thousand miles but ended up buying a new car. They were very fair and professional with us without being pushy or overbearing as many auto dealerships are. I will use them for service and would buy another care from them.

Max showed me everything on my new jetta and was very knowledgable. Jake has always been helpful in the service dept. He spent alot of time on finding this noise that was coming thru the side mirror. They are always running on time and keep me posted on their progress when I wait for the car.

My Review of Bud Brown Volkswagen:
The only reason the price category was rated a 3 is because I think that the VW Tiquan is priced a bit high but we know it is for one heck of a good product. I bought it because my wife fell in love with it at the test drive and is still delighted with it.
Max was nice and helpful when I purchased the vehicle and since then everyone I have come into contact with has been extra helpful and more then professional. I would be happy to recommend this dealership to others as I have and will continue to do.
