Once again, a pleasure to work with a professional group of individuals at Bud Brown VW, particularly Max Harrell. Makes car buying a fairly pleasurable event. Very knowledgeable team from front to back. Just purchased my fourth new VW from Bud Brown and each time I have been treated with courtesy and professionalism. Max has done a great job explaining details of each deal, along with features and nuances of each respective vehicle. There is a calm about Max that makes the process a pleasure.

I absolutely HATE thee very idea of "dealing" with Dealerships. But Bud Brown is the new exception. They worked with me via email in great detail before I even stepped foot in their doors making the final transaction an absolute breeze. Bravo, Bud Brown Team. I'd highly highly recommend.

Max was a joy to work with, very knowledable and professional. The entire process went very smoothly. I would recommend Max to anyone interested in getting a VW. We did not feel any pressure to lease the car. Max provided use with as many options that were available. He made sure we were aware of, not only all the features of the car, but went over the safety features in detail. Everyone at Bud Brown was friendly and helpful. The entire store was very clean and comfitable. Overall it was a pleasent experiance and I would continue to purchase or lease cars from Bud Brown.
