Never once did I feel like a number, or did I feel pressure to buy. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Max took care of making sure everything was ready the day I came up and Dave took care of the rest. My only regret is not being able to meet Max in person. She was off when we went to get the Jeep. I had never been to the dealership before. I found them by fate on Google. Max sent me so much information about the Jeep, including detailed pictures, and is because of her I felt confident about making the purchase of our new Jeep without seeing it in person or driving it.
