My experience with Cabe was completely unexpected….a 100% positive experience throughout….even the finances portion, if you can believe that. It all started with one of their salespeople, Meghan. I had no clue what I was really was looking for, and she was as patient as she could be. Never once pushed or prodded me in one direction or another. Allowed me to try a car here and there with zero pressure. Answered questions honestly. Allowed me to take my time. In fact, I didn’t buy my first time there. But when I did return for the 2nd visit, she was just as patient and ready to help as she was the first time. I asked a good number of questions, and she spent the time to answer them to my satisfaction. When I finally made my choice, the process of purchasing the car was fast, non-intrusive, and virtually painless. Even after a couple of days with the car at home, having seen some thing(s) which none of us had noticed while on the lot, I contacted her, and without pausing a moment, she simply said to bring the car in…it WILL be fixed, no questions asked. They were minor issues too…things that some folks would have balked at, but they were handled as though they were vital to me. This, in itself, allowed me to make contact with the Service Dept. whose staff were as helpful, and professional, and as courteous as Meghan. If all other staff members are like Meghan, no one will have a problem buying their next vehicle at this dealer. I highly recommend this location.
