Meghan Burianek at Cabe Toyota of Long Beach

Cabe offered me a very good deal without playing any "salesman" games. The low pressure, friendly atmosphere was a welcome change compared to other dealerships I've been to. There are many other dealerships much closer to me, but it was worth the extra distance to go to Cabe. Evan was very friendly and also very thorough in explaining all aspects of the car and the sales process. I've bought a lot of cars and he was the best salesman I've dealt with!

My husband had requested quotes from Edmunds.com. We got 5 quotes from 5 different dealerships. Cabe Toyota gave us the best price and really helped us every step of the way. Meghan B. was super helpful and spend a lot of time with us to go over the different features in the Prius Plug In, worked hard to get us that car the same day in the color we wanted. The dealership itself is not your typical fancy dealership but it provides a warm, friendly, and helpful environment for its’ customers and employees. All of the employees were quite friendly and eager to assist. We particularly appreciated how Meghan showed us how to program the car to charge our Plug In in middle of the night so that we don’t get a huge electric bill – this is something I know we wouldn’t have figured out on our own, at least not right away. By the time the car was ready for our possession, it was closing time for the dealership, but Meghan and Jason (the finance person) did not rush us at all. Prior to going to the dealership, we had talked to Meghan several times, and each time she was very helpful and prompt in giving us the information we needed. This dealership genuinely works with you to give you the best possible car buying experience at the best possible price. Thanks Meghan for all your help and also thank you to the entire team of Cabe Toyota including Jason who helped us.

We just came back from Cabe, with our new 2012 Prius. From requesting the quote online, through driving the car off the lot, we had a wonderful experience with Cabe Toyota.

Meghan was the first to reply with a quote. The quote was super low; lower than all the other dealers we looked at. Most importantly, Meghan and her associate Evan made it a point to not overwhelm me with phone calls and emails. They only emailed when I had any questions, and they were always prompt in getting back to me.

At the dealership, we worked Jorge, and he's super friendly; Always with the quick joke, and always ready to answer any questions we had. Joe handled our financing, and was very precise in walking us through each step. He presented us with the option to go for an extended warranty, which we declined, but at no point did my wife and I feel pushed into something.

We drove home with our new Prius, feeling satisfied fully with our experience. We give Cabe Toyota the highest recommendation.

My experience with Cabe was completely unexpected….a 100% positive experience throughout….even the finances portion, if you can believe that. It all started with one of their salespeople, Meghan. I had no clue what I was really was looking for, and she was as patient as she could be. Never once pushed or prodded me in one direction or another. Allowed me to try a car here and there with zero pressure. Answered questions honestly. Allowed me to take my time. In fact, I didn’t buy my first time there. But when I did return for the 2nd visit, she was just as patient and ready to help as she was the first time. I asked a good number of questions, and she spent the time to answer them to my satisfaction. When I finally made my choice, the process of purchasing the car was fast, non-intrusive, and virtually painless. Even after a couple of days with the car at home, having seen some thing(s) which none of us had noticed while on the lot, I contacted her, and without pausing a moment, she simply said to bring the car in…it WILL be fixed, no questions asked. They were minor issues too…things that some folks would have balked at, but they were handled as though they were vital to me. This, in itself, allowed me to make contact with the Service Dept. whose staff were as helpful, and professional, and as courteous as Meghan. If all other staff members are like Meghan, no one will have a problem buying their next vehicle at this dealer. I highly recommend this location.

I contacted this dealership because I noted its excellent ratings. And I was not disappointed. Originally I contacted them by email and the response was almost immediate. After some back and forth, I was given a quote and I checked the price on different sites online, finding out it was better than the average sale price. That impressed me so I decided to visit the dealership. My experience was extremely positive. I was not sure which model I wanted, but my salesman, Madison Flores, went over everything with me, explaining the different options, so that I was able with confidence to select the model which was best for me. Everyone was very helful, friendly, and I felt that it was important to them that I be happy with my purchase. I was given a quote before I decided to purchase the car. I went home, did some research, thought about it and decided it was an excellent deal. I returned a week later. The quote I was given was the one I got. No hidden costs. And before I left with my new car, Madison went over everything so that I would be safe driving off the lot. I really appreciated his thoroughness. It was a wonderful experience!

This was a great car buying experience. We bought a new Toyota Camry Hybrid and the package we wanted was not easy to find, but Meghan and Kenny worked hard and gave us a great price. The entire staff could not have been friendlier and easier to work with and made the 100 mile round trip from our home to pick up the car worth it. Kenny spent a lot of time familiarizing my wife with all the features of her new car. Great dealership and we will make that drive again for our next Toyota when it's my turn.

Megan was the best saves person I have the joy to work with. Charles is a bundle of information about the many many workings of the car. Mike is just great with the extras and deals wonderfully with all that paperwork.
