The worst service department in Ohio. After my brand new 2023 car has broken down 4 times I asked for a loner and Roger from service told me to “F@$! OFF!” He should be fired. He has had my 2023 Cx-9 multiple times for a battery issue and most recently scratched my new car. He is the most worthless and rudest human being I have ever met in the car business. I would like to speak to the owner David Li but he has refused to give me his information. More

Great Dealership I just bought my 4th car from Mazda of Wooster and as always the patience and service was excellent. I didn't feel pressured to buy. Both Tom and Rick I just bought my 4th car from Mazda of Wooster and as always the patience and service was excellent. I didn't feel pressured to buy. Both Tom and Rick were available to answer my questions and concerns. Rick, Tom and Melanie make you feel welcome and allow you to move at your pace. When I need service I will continue to bring my vehicles to Mazda of Wooster. More

Great Service Again!! I bought a car about 10 months ago. Did my 1st oil change somewhere else. I wanted to bring it to Mazda of Wooster though for the 2nd one because they I bought a car about 10 months ago. Did my 1st oil change somewhere else. I wanted to bring it to Mazda of Wooster though for the 2nd one because they go over your car with a fine tooth comb and will tell you if something is wrong. Ended up having problems with the tie rods. They fixed them and my car handles great now. What a difference. And they gave me a brand new car as a loaner for 3 days at no charge. Just can't say enough nice stuff about this dealership. Melanie in service is AWESOME!! More

All the employees are professional but are friendly, courteous, and make you feel at home. No pressure tactics. You go at your own pace. More

Rick and Ray have always went above and beyond to accommodate my car needs. I have been purchasing Mazda's from either Ray or Rick for approx. 12 years, and have always been amazingly happy with all my car purchases. These guys are an asset to Mazda of Wooster. Melanie Jacobs also goes above and beyond with her friendliness and professionalism in the service department. We bought our twin (CX5) from this dealer and they went out of their way to accommodate and extend any services they could to help us through this very trying time. From our Salesperson (Tom) clear through Service (Melanie and Dane) and managers in-between - so helpful and friendly and did whatever they could to expedite our delivery and "out the door" service. We are now a Mazda family and very happy. We have owned Toyotas for over twenty years and still like the brand, but the local dealership is no longer in our good graces. The staff at Mazda of Wooster really gave us good reason to switch and Mazda, in our opinion, is every bit as good as Toyota. More
