i walked in and i was greeted with a nice welcome. chelsea took my car in and asked me what needed done? melissa had her input on the problem i was having. mitch was in service area but he came in and greeted me. made me feel important. service tech "mo" was there to answer my questions too. and finally "kk" took time out to drop me off with a very friendly attitude. I LOVE THESE GUYS. MIND U EVEN THE SALES CREW IS NICE TO ME AFTER I BOUGHT MY CARE 3 YRS BACK

Brought my 2004 Kia Sorento in for a routine oil change. Vehicle currently has approximately 137,00 miles. I have always been extremely pleased with the service I receive at the dealership. They are prompt, courteous, friendly, and treat me like family. Mitch and Melissa are always very helpful and provide excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend their service department to anyone.
