Melissa Parker at Arnell Chevy-Kia

I'm usually one who doesn't care for dealerships so much. But this dealer really impressed me.My family and I have visited several dealerships before and walked away disappointed.Finally someone referred me to Arnell in Northwest Indiana and when I drove to their lot, the first thing that came to mind was how great of a selection they have.When I walked in, there was no "awkwardness" either.It seemed like they were busy the day I went, but my salesmen Don Furcsik and Chevy manager Rob Henderson still made a great effort to answer each of my questions and explain everything to me, from features of the car to financing options. I was very pesty but Don and Rob were very patient and understanding and surprisingly I didn't feel pressured at any time. They even told me about discounts that I could receive, discounts that I didn't even know I could get, so that was really nice. To add on, two relatives recently wrecked their vehicles due to the weather, and I referred them to Arnell's body shop and service. Each one told me how awesome Stacy and Melissa were at making the process real easy and smooth. I never met a finer staff. Thanks again Arnell.
