I have been looking for adependable car for my daughter who is going away for college.
Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted with smiles and friendly faces. Mike Coxwell listened to what I needed called over a salesman, Mike Fermin who then showed me a car which fit my needs to the letter. It was a low mileage Hybrid Civic it is in great shape was well maintained and the dealership had all of the service records on the car. I told Mike Coxwell what our price range was and he made sure we could get into this vehicle for what we were looking to spend. The whole staff at Honda Cars of Beaufort were freindly and very helpful each time that I have encountered them whether it is by phone or in person. It is always a pleasure to talk with the staff.

As expected, my most recent experience with Stokes Honda Cars of Beaufort was first class. My initial contact with Anthony Pirozzi, Senior Sales Consultant, set the tone for the experience. Tony and Michael Coxwell, General Manager, worked diligently to find the vehicle I requested and then to make the deal Jerry Fermin, Business Manager, walked me through. When I took delivery on the new Ridgeline (my second)Anthony spent the time to go over everything about the truck, set locks and radio stations, review instrumentation and differences from my previous Ridgeline. We noticed that floor mats were missing and Mike Kidd, Parts Manager, got involved to find the mats I wanted. Making sure the most appropriate color and the style I preferred were Mike's priority. As usual, when dealing with Stokes Honda Cars of Beaufort I was treated with respect and each individual I mentioned listened and responded courteously with pertinent information to my needs/wants. I anticipate my service experiences will be just as pleasurable. I have dealt with the Stokes Honda Team of Beaufort for 20 years, purchasing/leasing multiple vehicles and have always had enjoyable experiences. I feel certain when you purchase or lease your next vehicle from Stokes Honda Cars of Beaufort your experience will first class.

My Review of Stokes Honda Cars of Beaufort:
I had been looking for some time for a pre-owned 2008 or later Toyota Sequoia SUV pretty much anywhere in the southeast US. I placed many calls to (primarily) Toyota dealerships in FL, GA, and SC. Every time, the answer was that the vehicle had been sold prior to my phone call or that they were unwilling to budge on their price. Very few places even offered to lower their price by even $500. I called Stokes Honda in Beaufort, SC because I had seen a vehicle fitting my needs on AutoTrader.com. I was hesitant because it was not a "certified" Toyota but had very low miles and was in the general ballpark of my desired price. My phone call was returned promptly by Mr. Richards. After a few calls back and forth, we were able to come to a price agreement. They took a credit card to put a hold on the vehicle so I could drive from FL to see the vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle had been cleaned and was in line for an oil change. The vehicle was as described and even had a tow package (unexpected surprise for me). All in all, everybody was on their game. The transaction was well-organized and to-the-point. The vehicle had been fully detailed and its oil changed by the time I took delivery of it. My wife and I are thrilled with our purchase. For us, we're glad we drove a bit further to have the kind of experience we were hoping for. Thanks to everybody listed and those working behind the scenes to make it happen

My husband and I purchased Honda's from Zack and Mike and they were awesome! They went above and beyond, staying after hours, discussing all finance options with us, located the exact cars we requested and were always friendly and professional. Top notch sales team! We never felt uncomfortable at this dealership as we have in other dealerships. These guys are very knowledgeable about the cars and are very enthusiastic about their jobs. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we look forward to doing business with them in the future. Great job guys! Woo-hoo!!

My wife and I sought a car for our student daughter and found this dealership, of all we visited, uniquely accommodating, from the salesman to the sales manager to the finance manager. On the suggestion of the service manager, we leased the car, which was affordable for us (and which no other dealer suggested), and this dealer arranged not only to accept our trade but to procure the new car from another dealer and deliver it to our daughter in another state and exchange the car with her car. Over the years we have bought most of our cars from this dealership and have always found Stokes to be superior, both in sales and in service. They work very effectively as a team, take pride in their product, and concernfully address the customer's needs and limits. It is perhaps significant that we visited many dealers beforehand, and did not expect to buy when we stopped at Stokes--only to check on prices and all-wheel drive systems. The salesman and the sales manager did the rest, and did it by responding to our needs, giving us a choice between renting and buying, trusting our report of the condition of the trade-in (which had been serviced there in the past), and by solving our transport and delivery problems. Our experience was entirely satisfactory. Stokes Honda is an excellent dealership with excellent employees and a superior product to sell.

I was a happy CRV owner, but wanted to get back into a van. Michael and Scott searched for just the right van and deal for me. They both knew exactly what I wanted which made the process super easy. Once again, it was a win-win deal. I have a new car and the economy has a sale. Michael and Scott were very knowledgable and kind. They are an easy team with which to work! I will always shop at Stokes as long as Michael Coxwell and Scott Richard are a part of the team!

I have loved Honda Elements for a long time and was waiting to get one until they came out with a white one or a hybrid. Last Sunday night, I drove by Stokes Honda and thought I saw a white one! Monday afternoon, I went to check it out. I was surprised to see that it was not white, but an elusive color ... pale sage green? robin's egg blue? dove grey? As I was admiring my dream car, the salesman came up and gently but firmly ignored my comment, "This is MY car, but I can't buy it now." I test drove the Element and, of course, was smitten. Between the friendly and helpful salesmanship of JJ Jinks and Mike Coxwell, I found myself happily driving home in my brand new Omni Blue Pearl Element the following afternoon. They made this car-buying experience virtually painless. I was truly impressed with the easy-going, fun-loving, and friendly atmosphere of the entire dealership! Though this is my first Honda, and a car I hope to drive for many years, I believe this will not be my last Honda ... and I will certainly return to Stokes Honda of Beaufort. I've been telling all my friends about what a great experience I had there and am recommending others to go there for their next car!

I've named those employees that I typically interact with which is unfair to those whose names I don't know. Each and every employee I've ever met at this dealership has always gone out of their way to provide outstanding service. I've observed them to be friendly and professional in their interactions with everyone they come in contact with. Service department manager, Jim Patterson, and his team are the best in the business in my opinion. I've dealt with a number of service departments in the last 40 years and none come close to the support Mr. Patterson's team provides.
