The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. When we made the decision to purchase the vehicle, they were absolutely upfront with all charges associated with the deal and as a result, we felt that we got the vehicle that we wanted at a good price and were happy about the purchase.

From the initial contact with Mike Grant on the telephone, to meeting John De Candia for a test drive, all involved in the process were great to deal with, this included the Sales Manager Asher and Mike who found a financing rate that was lower than what we already had been pre-approved at and thought couldn't be beat.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Especially those that have had a bad experience at other dealers. These are good people to deal with.

The professionalism and courtesy of Nick Guarino was commendable - he continued to provide a narrative of what was transpiring with the parts and repair on my new, month old Mazda. With Sal, the very capable service tech, and his mechanical expertise, and Nick's continued assurances. both help alleviate my disappointment concerning the necessity for the warranty work on my new Mazda,.

Before deciding upon the Mazda CX 5 I did my fair share of shopping around in search of the vehicle that was right for me. Most of the sales people I encountered from other dealerships, after crunching some numbers, kept on pressuring me into leaving a deposit, even after I asked for some time to think about their offer.
At Huntington Mazda it was a different shopping experience. I was given the opportunity to fully explore the floor model of the CX 5, without the presence of a sales person looming over my shoulder. The second I needed assistance I had the pleasure to meet Mike Grant. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and had no problem answering any of my questions. The test drive went very well, with Mike explaining the different features of the car. The route of the test drive is one of the best around. It takes you down a wide and open country road, so you actually get a better feel for the car.After going over the cost of the car and reaching the best offer possible, I told Mike that I would still like to think about it. He shook my hand and told me to call him once I'd made up my mind.
I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I picked up the car the day before Christmas and Mike was kind enough to put a Christmas ribbon around the rear view mirror. Thanks Mike.

If you are not interested in jarring,loud and generally obnoxious sales person you need to ask for Mike Grant. I had a vehicle to trade and gave him the number I was looking for and he was able to beat it. We were able to make a deal shorty after on a CX-5 grand Touring. Absolute Pleasure Dealing with Mike. I would also like to acknowledge Angelo the finance manager for going above and beyond in getting us the absolute lowest financing rate.

My experience last night at this dealership was the best car leasing experience I've ever had. It began with a quick phone chat with Jack. A half hour later he called back with a price that was so good I had to check whether we were still talking about the same vehicle. Once we confirmed that we were both talking about the Mazda 3i GT, instead of pressuring me to come right in so he could close me, Jack said we had the week to get the deal done. After a quick chat with my wife, we decided to swing by after work. We got to the dealership at 7:00 and were driving home at 8:00.

The speed of getting the paperwork was due, in no small part, to Angelo in the finance area. He was organized and efficient without rushing us.

We would've even been out sooner if Michael didn't insist on showing me the key features of the Grand Touring edition. At first I was resistant, but when he began showing me the goodies packed into my new vehicle, I was happy to have such a knowledgeable professional show me around. After all, this is the first time I've ever been able to get such a high trim level. I guess that's what happens when a dealership gives you a better price than you'd even expect to get on a base model!

I don't know how it all happened, but I'm happy it did.

I just picked up my CX9 on Monday after a very long long search for the right SUV/Crossover. When my husbend and I walked into the dealership about 2 weeks ago it was 15 mins till closing and their AC had been down for the day and it was about 100 plus degrees int the showroom. Mike walked over to use and greeted us with a warm welcome even under the conditions that the showroom was in. He was very helpful with any questions that we had. He never rushed us even though we knew he couldnot wait to get out of that hot box. He called me 2 days later to see if I was still interested in the CX9 and I told him that we were but I wanted to know if they had fixed the AC and that I would not be back until they did. He did not call back to bother me with any anoying phone calls as some dealerships do. I went back on my own with my husbend and made a deal with Mike and the manager and was very pleased how it all turned out. We met with Angelo on the night we picked up the car to go over the Leasing and I must say it was a painless experience. I would highly recomond this dealership to anyone who is looking for a non harrasing experience. Ask for Mike Grant and I know that he will make your car buying experience an enjoyable one. By the way the AC was fixed the night we picked up our car.

Jack DePalo was the BEST salesman I have ever dealt with at a dealership. He got my husband and I what we wanted in less then 5 minutes - and he gave us a deal that was far better then I could have ever expected. The transaction was flawless and working with Michael Grant in finalizing the sale was absolutely was so easy, it could not have been any better. Both were honest, friendly and professional. We could not be happier with the service. My husband and I both HIGHLY recommend Huntington Mazda and working with Jack and Michael.

This team is fantastic. I recently purchased a 2013 CX-5 and the sales experience was top notch. I received a very fair price with minimal negotiating required and there was no "funny stuff" typically found in so many dealerships. They went beyond to ensure I received my vehicle before my deadline so I could take it on a trip with my family. Mike DaPalo, the sales manager, personally took the lead on my order and arranged to prep the car for delivery within hours of receiving it. They stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. The original sales person was not in the office when the vehicle arrived so the entire team worked together to get me in and out within a couple of hours. This team is clearly focused on ensuring their customers leave their dealership happy!

From the moment I walked into Mazda of Huntington I was greeted with a very warm welcome. I had gone back and forth between several dealers for a solid 3 weeks before I came to a final decision, and Mazda stayed true to their word throughout my car seeking journey as opposed to the other dealers, chevy for example, who I found to be untrustworthy. I did'nt feel obligated or pressured to a point of being uncomfortable at any point, which I found refreshing, and found myself wanting to come back to Mazda. Jack and Michael were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their product, and made each step of the shopping and buying process worthwhile. It was a great experience, and I couldn't be happier with my new Mazda3!

I made an appointment to meet with Mike Grant and Jack DePalo on Wednesday, the Fourth of July. They were both friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect. The following day, Thursday, I decided that I wanted a different car and spoke with Jack DePalo. He searched for and found the exact car I was looking for and helped me make my final decision. On Friday they sent their man to pick up my car and called me when it arrived in Huntington. On Saturday morning they detailed the car and when I arrived at the dealership I was shown the car, given a course on all the bells and whistles that came with the car and even had a great time with Angelo, the finance guy.

All in all, I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone and would definitely recommend the Mazda to my friends.
