Everyone was extremely helpful in understanding to our needs.Nick, took the time to give me a test ride in the car and explain everything to me thoroughly. We are and this new service that they offer the" Kelly trade cycle".Blake, took his time explaining everything to us about the financial side of this deal. Michael took the time to explain to me all the different types of vehicles available. Nick, is one person who gave us all of this time to help us finalize our decision.I appreciate Nick, help very much because I will always be able to go back to him and get the help that I need.I would recommend this dealership, and Nick Paxos, with his team of helpers. I was in the market for a Buick LaCrosse. I had shopped at other dealerships but didn't recieve the same treatment as I did at Kelly. From the beginning they were interested in making me into a client, not just selling me a car. I worked directly with Greg Boore who is very nice, down to earth and most importantly genuine. Greg made the buying experience a very pleasant one. He did a great job showing me all of my options, and ultimately he knew what car was right for me before I did. When it came time for the negotiation Michael Holmwood(sales manager) took the lead in the monetary discussion. I found this approach to be ideal. I like straight talk in every negotiation and that is exactly what happened. It was a pleasure buying a car this way. It created an environment with limited back and forth, (and anyone who has purchased a car knows how frustrating and time consuming that can be). I ended up with a Certified Pre-Owned Buick LaCrosse. It is a GREAT car and I am very happy with the purchase. In conclusion, I ended up with the right car for me, at a fair price and a great buying experience. I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a new or used car to visit Greg Boore at Kelly Buick.

I have purchased two cars from Mike Holmwood in the past. As Michael was promoted to Assistant Manager, he introduced us to Nick for assisting us in purchasing our next car. In cooperation with Mike, Nick was able to find us a car that worked for us and brought the deal to fruition with ease.

I've Been buying cars thru Michael for years and have never felt disappointed. I've always left feeling that I got the best possible price and that Michael was truly an advocate for me. Not only have I felt that way after a purchase but his follow up customer service is better then I've ever seen. He won't just go for the sale and leave you hanging after you drive off the lot. I once had a small issue getting my car to start on a cold winter morning so I called Michael and he actually stopped by my house on his way to work and quickly diagnosed a loose battery cable. Two twist of a wrench and it fired right up...the man knows what he's doing andbi won't deal with anyone else. Oh, and Michael if your reading this, thank you for the Christmas card! I've know Mike for a long time at Kelly. Its a nice comfortable place with a lot of friendly people. I was just in looking at used trucks and thought I would give them a review to say thanks for the nice conversation I had with him. I will buy my next truck from Mike Holmwood with out a doubt. less than a year ago I purchased a 2012 Hyundia Sonata Hybrid - great car for drives of less than a couple of hundred miles but when your driving more than 3 - 400+ miles my back and shoulder would be a major problem. Nick Paxos called me on the same day I visited with the doctor who felt I needed surgery. I wanted to try the 2013 Buick and was more than interested to drive the car. He put me into the Lacross and the comfort was 100% improvement over the Hyundia. His sales call could not have been more timely. He was knowledgeble and while he was talking to his manager I found Michael Holmwood who sold me a new Ford Tarus fr Kelly a few yrs earlier. He took the time to let me know that he supported my decision to lease the 2013 Buick. Mike made me feel comfortable and stayed with me until Nick came back and both men let me know that if I ever needed anything or wanted any questions answered either one whould be available to help me. It felt like "old home week" for me and made my decision so much easier. I now drive a new 2013 Buick thanks to Nick and Mike. More important after a month of exercise on my neck and shoulder the doctors felt that I can get back to near normal and the back support on the new car will be a big + - I drive to SC and back twice a yr and now I feel I'll be much more relaxed.

OUTSTANDING! is the best way I know how to describe the Customer Service, The Friendliness, The Work, Prices everything. I have been coming to Kelly for the past 8 years and recomend them highly to all friends and family. Prices are very good also. Hats off to a group of people from the service department to the showroom. Just a wonderful dealership thats makes you feel real comfortable from the moment you walk in.Keep up the great work!
