My Review of Honda of Tenafly:
My wife and I were looking for a small car for her commute. We were considering Fords, Chevys, Toyotas and Hondas. We went to Tenafly Honda first, intending to go to other dealers later the same day. Short story. We didn't. We got such great and friendly service from Michael Huh, who put us in a new Accord for the same lease price and terms of a new Civic, that we didn't want to go anywhere else. And when the financing people at Honda discovered a problem with our credit rating (an error we've been trying to get fixed) they worked with us to make the deal. And though it took most of the rest of the afternoon to resolve, we were frequently updated with what was going on and I got to sit in a wonderful massage chair while we waited. We think we got a good deal and we couldn't have found a better sales person. Michael was great.

My Review of Honda of Tenafly:
This was my first time going to a dealership buying a car. My brother owned a Ford Dealership in South Jersey and over the years got all my cars from him. His dealership closed 4 years ago, I had always leased cars so I decided to lease a Toyota, I leased a Prius. At the same time I leased this Toyota there were recalls, I had a feeling of betrayal when this happened and lost my trust in Toyota. When it was time to turn in the car I had been looking at Honda's. After seeing the Presedential Ad at Honda of Tenafly with a 0.9% financing interest I decided to buy a Honda Civic Coupe which appealed to me. I went to Honda of Tenafly and dealt with Michael Huh, he was extremely helpful and so pleasant. I was completely satisfied with my experience at Honda of Tenafly and with Michael Huh. I definitely would recommend this dealership and Michael Huh to a friend.

My Review of Honda of Tenafly:
This was my first time buying a used car and also first time financing. I identified three certified pre-owned CR-V's on-line available at this dealership. All were available when I went to the dealer and all were priced below the Kelly Blue Book price. Michael was helpful in showing each car, providing a test drive of the one I was most interested in, and handling the logistics. He was quick to respond to a question I emailed the following day. The Finance department was also helpful and efficient in arranging the financing and extended warranty. Not sure if I got the lowest price on the car, warrantly, and APR, but feel I got a reasonable prices and rates. What was imprtant to me was that the process was relatevely quick and painless.

Tenafly Honda had the best prices listed on the web in compare to the other dealers. Although, the cars I saw on the web were no longer at the dealership. The webpage needs to be updated often. The rep who helped me Michael Huh, was very friendly and helpful and had a lot of patience to deal with a customer that changed car at the last min.
